There are letters missing in words, so the quality is not the best. Despite the edges of the bell, the tongue (clapper) hangs down beyond them. This isn't a huge problem, but the results aren't too great A compartment is not included, nor does it come with a handle! As I read the reviews, I thought there was no way the bell would arrive without a hanger, yet there was no hanger even though it specifically states that it comes with a hanger.

A LOT OF LETTERS are missing, even after a second order! It was missing the letter "e" in Angel when I received the first one, so I ordered a second one thinking it was a fluke, and sure enough the second one wasn't the best either. It was hard to make out the "e", but the remaining letters were just barely visible. Initially, I received 2 subscriptions, but I was traveling and was unable to return the first one, and now my "window" of return has closed, and I'm stuck with 2 subscriptions, and would like to at least return the first. Obviously, in order for me to do so, the company needs to make the return label available to me because I do not want to gift someone a bell that is already of poor quality.
My bell was purchased, so I purchased it. Despite the fact that it arrived quickly and it was easy to install on her bike, finding a place to set it up was a little challenging.
