My entire experience with this product has been excellent. It fits true to size but without being able to try it on, I usually end up having a bad fitting experience. In 3 days, I'd returned the large for a medium, and I couldn't be happier with the replacement (I am 5'8, 140 inches tall, and fairly skinny but I think it should fit someone up to 5'10 and 160 inches tall). Large, good-quality pockets with zippers (I appreciate having interior pockets, however I would prefer at least one more on the other side, if not On the outside of the chest, it could be improved by adding another zipper pocket. I like how the hood rolls up and unrolls when needed, and the jacket is loose-fitting enough that I find it comfortable to wear my baseball cap (as opposed to a hooded jacket).
