Greetings, br>br>These have a KN rating of 24kn.

Can I set a top rope anchor with these?

These could be used in a top rope anchor set-up with no problems. If the gates are opposed in a redundant configuration, the output will be higher. However, using locking gate carabiners in all anchors is the best practice. That's what I do, and it's what I'd advise.

What's not to like about the bright colors? A fantastic product from a reputable manufacturer. I bought two sets, one for myself and one to give as a present. They come in handy around the house as well as for outdoor activities.
