Questions & Answers
6 inches is the size of the one I have. In addition to 12 and 9-inch shock cords, they also have cables with a 12- and 24-inch diameter.
The thickness of the mono will depend on the fishing line. I am using standard outrigger mono (that black stuff), and weed wacker. I would think anything 150lb test and above Mono that is smaller gauge would not be an option.
The number 1 is what I use. The spyder line measures 8 mm. It works well with it. It's difficult to run a swivel through these, which is one of the cons.
Monofilament that has a diameter of 2 is designed for them. I am 0-mm. It is about three inches of paracord for an 1/8" diameter. About 3mm thick.

The world is a happy place for me. Does what it's supposed to do. My outriggers would slowly come back in towards the boat when trolling and lines were attached to them. The problem has been resolved because I replaced the outrigger pulleys with these. My lines can now be sent out using the outriggers and the outrigger lines can be locked at the distance from the boat from where I want to send out the lines. I really like these.
I'm very happy with them. Having the lock option is convenient when you are using larger baits or lures from the riggers so they don't Our busy charterboat makes use of these items daily and they are of excellent quality. It took almost no time for the heat shrink protectors on the bungee to slide off. This is a bit of a hassle, but not too serious.
While it may not be the first purchase through Amazon, this is the second purchase. In its original form, the first one lasted five years, constantly in the sun (with 303 Aerospace Protectant on the bungee and lithium grease on the rest throughout Although the wheels on the pulleys were worn, they served their purpose well. All of the other functions of the system worked fine. They are fantastic for outriggers in general they allow you to move the lines easily in and out of the boat, and to fix them in place anywhere you like. This is an excellent.
When pulling heavy lures, this product is excellent. The friction-free system is much better than the friction-based system.
I would give it five stars if it had a heavy duty snap lock rather than a coastlock style connector that makes it hard to close. Adding this to your trolling set-up does an excellent job of keeping lines firmly anchored against the stinger.
I have found it to be very useful.

Combined with 400 lb mono, they were smooth as silk.
