My experience with these has been both at the shop where I work, and while outside. They last about six or seven hours. I repair and install snowplows, so I find them very beneficial when I am stuck in cold ice water.
Although there is nothing on the bag indicating whether the bag is expired, I have some that I purchased five years ago, and whenever I use one, it is just as hot as the first one. Due to the fact that I have only tried this brand, I have no comparisons to make. The quality of their work is excellent. You should just put them in the regular garbage after they are finished and they won't harm the environment.

I highly recommend avoiding this product. Mine have an expiration date of May 2019 and they barely provide heat at all. These do not work at all. I have used this product in the past, and it worked perfectly, but there was a manufacturing defect, as they are not working properly. My next purchase will be from another brand, as this product will not be sold to me again.

When I'm out in the snow, my toes always suffer the most. As long as I put these on in the morning when I have to go shovel or plow snow, I barely notice my feet. My feet remain very comfortable for hours without even realizing they exist, which means both my legs and feet are not just tired but also happy. While I appreciate hot showers more than average, I have never noticed how good they feel when they are kept so warm. And I love hot showers so I'd certainly like to notice how good they feel, As long as my toes stay warm, I won't have to complain about them getting cold.
As opposed to other warmers, mine doesn't keep their heat as long as others. I put the warmer on top of my sock when I put on my shoes. It seems like there is just the right amount of adhesive.
I was not happy with what I received from this seller. There was a defect with the product. It lasted for only It's either a fake item or the product has.
Even though they felt warm when I took them off at the end of a long day, they did not feel warm as I walked. The adhesive stuck really well under my feet and they didn't bunch up at all under my feet. As for warming my feet, I wish they had been more effective. It's amazing how well the hand warmers work.
The circulation in my husband's toes is poor. He has become paralyzed because they are too cold during the winter. His foot and ankle surgeon told him he would lose them if we could not keep them warm. It appears that these are the best options! In the house, he wears them all day with socks and slippers. It has so far been smooth sailing this winter with the 8 hour sessions.
I liked the way they stuck to my socks well and had an expiration date that I could remember.
