Unfortunately, investing time and money in this device is a waste of both. My swing speed is 148 mph, and my drives are 348 yards, according to this device. I am 72 years old. While I sincerely hope that was the case, it isn't. I tried hitting from the ground and from a mat. The unit's position was changed from 2 to 3. 5' to 5' in front of the ball, in line with my intended target I'll give it another shot tomorrow, but if it's still inaccurate, it'll be returned. Next, I'd like to try the PRGR. To be fair, I used it a second time. When compared to distances measured with a LASER range finder, this isn't even close to being accurate. The SC 200 measured a carry distance that was greater than the total distance traveled.
I got it, took it out of the box, installed the batteries, and went to the driving range. It works exactly as advertised, giving precise distances. It gave me a lot of confidence in all of the clubs I had in my bag. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to know their swing speed and distance for each club in their bag to get the sc200plus. This is by far the best purchase I've ever made.

So far, I've used the Swing Caddie plus twice at the driving range. It's simple to set up: turn it on, choose a mode (I've only used Practice Mode so far), choose the club you want to swing (driver, 7 iron, etc. ), extend the arm from the machine's back, and position it about 4 to 5 feet away from your ball. I can't vouch for its accuracy because I don't have access to a means of verifying it. A word of caution: In order to get an accurate reading, the ball must be hit fairly well. For instance, I hit a couple of thirty-yard worm burners, but the Swing Caddie read 150 yards.
My SC200 arrived today, and I was up and running in a matter of minutes. It's simple to operate and will undoubtedly assist you during your practice sessions. It's a toy, so don't take it seriously. It simply does not provide precise results. I'm a two-handicapper, and this device has no chance of calibrating your clubs; it was giving 10-degree variations on even short irons. 20 yards.
