So far, I've dropped my skycaddie a couple of times with no problems or cracks.
You'll need someone to help you navigate the golf course.
It will give you the center green distance, after which you can move the pin design to where you believe the pin is located. I suppose it depends on the level of precision, but when compared to a Bushnell, I'm usually within two yards.

Wait until they've gotten to the bottom of it. The USB power adapter was the only thing I didn't care for. It's a shoddy design that's bound to fail after three charges, as mine did. Aside from that, everything is fine.
It's not even close to being worthwhile. It's prohibitively expensive to provide you with suboptimal GPS layouts; you can find apps that are significantly less expensive and far more functional. Despite the fact that Skygolf hasn't improved in YEARS and that everyone else has far outperformed them, they continue to charge premium prices. You'll be better off saving your money and purchasing an app, or even using the free versions, than paying this much for a photo that looks like it was taken in the 1990s.
After seeing another guy on the golf course with one, I got it for my husband for Christmas. It arrived in a timely manner and was well-protected. He hasn't tried it yet, but he should be fine. The insurance was also purchased by me. br>When he opens it, I'm sure he'll be overjoyed! br>br>UPDATE: br>br> My husband is on a golf vacation in Florida and he absolutely adores the SkyCaddie. Making improvements to his game!.
Everything except the kitchen sink, in other words. I'd like to know how to get to the next hole without going to Home, then Resume Play, and then finding the next hole after entering the score, etc. Aside from that, excellent technology.
To set up a course and navigate through screens, you'll need to put on reading glasses. Extremely erratic. Because I have large hands, I frequently inadvertently touch the incorrect item, causing screens to jump around. I attempt to bring up the current distance to the pin by simply touching the screen. This Sky Caddy is not something I would recommend.
I enjoy my SX550 and am still learning and remembering when to change clubs and the various options it provides. Unfortunately, due to the poor weather here, I have only used it a couple of times; however, I like that it syncs with my PC and Sky Trak, and I enjoy looking at data in the hopes of improving. Overall, it's good, but it takes some getting used to, and so far on the course, it's good, but it takes a long time to look at and then choose a club. The only way to find out is to wait. br>Thank you to the people who sold it to me; it arrived quickly, was well packaged, and came with a nice card.
It's perfect for him. There are numerous useful features, helpful views, a long battery life, and even a self-charging pack included. br>I'm glad I came across this. . . it was a fantastic purchase!.
It was given back to us.
