With this watch, my wife is able to manage Spotify.
Yes it is
Yes, you can accept a call on your watch, but you must answer it on your phone.
I use an Android phone, but it should work if you download Garmin Connect from the Apple App Store. I suppose it depends on how you define work. I don't believe it's Apple Pay compatible, and this watch uses Garmin Pay.

I decided to write a quick review of my Venu SQ because there weren't many reviews for this particular watch, especially the Venu. This is a newer watch, as far as I can tell. After doing some research, I decided to buy an Amazfit GTS smart watch, primarily because the battery lasts up to 14 days (I usually get 6-). The watch was stunning, with an AMOLED screen and hundreds of watch faces to choose from, but it didn't seem to connect to any other apps. Because I prefer a square watch face, I returned it and replaced it with the Venu SQ. The watch's build quality is definitely inferior to that of my Amazfit, but the software and Garmin widgets and apps make it so much more worthwhile. I work out three times a week and enjoy using it for feedback and tracking. As an added bonus, all of my steps and exercise are transferred to my Weight Watchers online app for bonus points! I can usually go for 5 days without charging, which I think is pretty good. I've never had any issues with GPS connecting; however, if you read up on it, it appears that it takes longer at first as it "learns" your location. I believe that by conducting some research, many of the complaints people have about their fitness watches can be resolved. There are a lot of settings that can be adjusted directly on your watch, and some that require using the Garmin Connect app; it just takes a little reading and experimenting to get things set up the way you want them, and sometimes I just google a question and find the answer! br>br>My only criticism of the Venu SQ is that, as far as I can tell, the Garmin IQ store does not yet have any watch faces designed specifically for a square watch face, and I find a lot of their watch faces to be rather bland. unpolished? This is one thing Amazfit does 1000% over Garmin, is having beautiful, functional watch faces, with literally endless choices, whereas with Garmin, the choices are fairly limited . I was also not a fan of the watch's silicone band, which was extremely hard and stiff, so I immediately replaced it with a nice soft 20 mm replacement band, so it wasn't a major issue. I'm not one to stick with a band for long. br>br>Overall, I highly recommend the Garmin SQ because of its affordability, functionality, long battery life, and excellent Garmin app support; don't hesitate to give it a try!.
It appears to be awesome in all of the videos I've seen about it. When I first set it up, I ran into a few issues: It wouldn't connect to my phone, and the various screens it displays aren't the same as those in the tutorial videos. I couldn't navigate all of the features despite my best efforts, which included watching numerous videos. I recharged the watch to 100% and tried once more. I was able to access more options, and the watch has a software update option. All the tutorial videos made sense after I chose that and the watch and phone found each other. So, if it doesn't work when you first get it, make sure to update the software. You'll be glad you did; it's a fantastic timepiece that's also a great workout companion if you like to compare quantitative results. Enjoy your fitness journey!.
I like the watch's look and feel, but it doesn't track sleep. If I'm awake from 12 a. m. to 4 a. m. , even if I'm not out of bed, the app will show that I was sleeping at the time, which has happened several times. It's a bit disappointing because I had high hopes for a good sleep tracking app. Aside from that, everything seems to be in order.
is a brand new GPS device from Garmin. I adore the timepiece. I used Connect IQ to change the face of it. The only drawback is that the battery does not last very long. And it's not like I'm doing much with it aside from the regular walking up and down the stairs, which I'm not pleased with. So far, everything appears to be running smoothly.
For years, I've been a fan of Apple Watches, and this one allows me to listen to music without having to carry my phone!.
As I mentioned in my profile, I used it in conjunction with Fenix 6, so Venue Sq basically sets sleep hours as I mentioned in my profile, for example 23: 59 to 8 p. m. : 00, and even if I went to bed at 2 a. m. , Venue Sq will show that I slept from midnight to 2 a. m. because my profile indicates that this is when I usually go to bed. This is extremely aggravating.
