I'd give it a ten out of ten rating. It's a small and rugged creature. That appeals to me. I love that you can manually adjust the brightness from 75 to 1000 lumens, and that there are no buttons to make it blink, strobe, or do any of the other nonsense that irritates me when trying to turn off a lantern. To turn it off, I don't need to press a button 12 times. I simply return the knob to its original position until it clicks, and the light turns off. It can also be recharged, which is fantastic! If there was one thing that could make this slightly better, it would be if the shield over the light was made of smoked plastic or glass, so it wouldn't be as hard on the eyes if you looked at it directly. Even at 75 lummens, this thing is bright to look at directly, but I don't spend my camping trips looking at the lantern light, so this isn't an issue for me. br>br>The fact that this isn't a lengthy review speaks volumes about how good this lantern is. It contains everything I desire and nothing you do not.
instead. I probably shouldn't be reviewing this because I haven't had enough time to judge its dependability, but so far it appears to be better built than a lot of the shoddy Chinese junk out there these days. The light is turned off - Also, the put is quite good. All I ask is that it take four 18650 batteries. as opposed to three C-type batteries Three C types are not available off the shelf. They must be purchased in packs of two and four. I'm attempting to get rid of as many Batts as possible. to re-energize br>Recent changes: Let's all contact the companies that refuse to put replaceable batteries in their products. It, like cell phones, is becoming increasingly problematic. These parasites only care about one thing: getting us to buy something else. What a load of nonsense.
This light is so bright that it hurts to look at it directly under higher power, and it comes in a small package with a big product. It has a nice power dial as well as a charging port for phones, kindles, and other devices. A product made in the United States is a plus. The best part is that it goes above and beyond expectations. Plus five stars.
Yes, it's bright, and yes, it's not too heavy. Yes, it has a lot of positive feedback, which is why we purchased it. On the other hand, even on low, the battery life of the one we bought lasts only an hour on a full charge. According to the description, it was not quite what we expected. Is your battery dead? Probably. However, the review is based solely on the lights we bought, not on the lights of others. We don't have a lot of time to return it, and we shouldn't have to.
This little light is extremely bright when turned all the way up. At full brightness, however, it appears to dissipate rapidly. I wish I had purchased a light with a magnet on the bottom, which would make it easier to use for household projects and store on a metal pegboard; also, I dislike the 360 light. As much as it projects light, it blinds me. A directional lantern, in my opinion, would be more practical.
The ultra-lightweight LED light hangs from the hook inside your tent or sits on a table, and it's easy to carry on your way to the restroom at 3 a. m. 00 AM. Very bright white, and it stays cool, unlike halogen lights, which can be used to fry your dinner, or the flimsy sock type, which disintegrates when a mosquito flies by.
It's a little on the small side, but it packs a punch in terms of brightness. It has a solid feel to it and a great appearance. Instead of fiddling with a one-button-does-it-all button, I prefer the simplicity of the knob control.
small lantern with a purpose The first thing we noticed about this lantern was that it was smaller than we had anticipated. That's a positive development. For decades, we've been accustomed to using large propane or white gas lanterns. When it comes to packing our camping gear, the compact size will come in handy. On the picnic table or in the tent, it will take up less space. br>The light has a lot of cool features that you've probably already heard about. The power pack feature, which allows us to charge our phones, is one of our favorites. the grip/armoring surfaces made of rubber The adjustable light level is ideal for a variety of applications, ranging from a low glow for use in the tent to a bright light for use in large areas or in the camp kitchen. We'll also use the lantern at home when there's a power outage, so the long battery life will come in handy. being able to use store-bought items In a pinch, purchased batteries could be useful. br>The only enhancement we can think of is a rotating reflector for directing the light. / or by obstructing light in one direction. For that, we'll have to think of something on our own. br>Overall, it's been a fantastic lantern. It's a little pricey, but depending on how well it holds up, it may be well worth it. Let's see how things turn out.
