On board is a chip.
I'm not sure, but they appear to be very light.
The majority of modern LED lights cannot be replaced. They are not incandescent lights, and they do not "burn out." They are usually made up of a series of diodes that emit light as electricity passes through them, and they are not individually replaceable. Most LEDs have a 50,000-hour rating, which means that if you use it for 12 hours every day, it will last more than 11 years. Before it "burns out," you'll almost certainly replace it with something newer.

I bought these to use indoors in the event of a power outage, but I wish I could have taken them camping with me. As the "Manufacturer" responded to a question, I can't believe these are "IPX4" rated. Water can easily enter the battery compartment, causing the light to short out or the batteries to corrode. The term "IPX4" is not mentioned by Box. Box, on the other hand, claims a 100-hour run time, which isn't even mentioned here. The red light is meant to be used as a night light, but there are only two modes: flashing and SOS. If you only pull out half of the lantern, the main 360 LEDs should turn on at half brightness, but it's full power or nothing. It's lightweight, the various different handles are nice, and I'm sure it can be useful for many people. I'm also slightly confused by some reviews that claim it uses 2 or 4 AA batteries when it actually uses 3. There's no provision for half-power use if you don't replace all 3 batteries. However, the build quality isn't up to par for me, and some features aren't as advertised. I intend to return.
This lantern left a lasting impression on me. When you open it up to use it as a lantern, the LED light shines brightly! This is especially useful if you're camping or hiking in the dark. It's simple to open, and the light turns on automatically. It's very easy to hold or hang on hooks thanks to the metal handles. I like the magnets on the end, which make it easy to stick on just about anything, and the fact that it has a flashlight feature on top. But it's the blinking red ring that I really like. It can blink at a fast or slow rate. If you have an emergency and need to alert someone, this red light feature is extremely useful. When I'm not camping or hiking, I'll keep this in my car because it'll come in handy if I get stuck on the road late at night.
When I first opened the box, I noticed six Everready batteries in the top. The bottom of the lantern unscrewed easily, and batteries slid into the lantern with ease. I was blown away by what one of these small lanterns can do; it can be used as a flashlight and is easily carried using one of the three carrying handles; it also has a red emergency signal light that flashes at different speeds, which you can control by pressing the button; and all of these lights are very bright. Furthermore, if you grasp the bottom of the lantern and pull the top upwards, the lantern will be given to you! This lantern is very bright, and it has a hanging tab or handles on top for hanging. It also has three strong magnets on the bottom, allowing it to be attached to any metal surface. I'm blown away by how bright and simple this lantern/flashlight is to use.
These lamps are straightforward: There are enough modes to cover a variety of situations, and it is stable enough to not be tippy. Because of the strong magnets on the base, you can hang one on a breaker box or metal panel in your closet. That way, even if one light is completely blacked out, you'll always know where it is. br>br>They aren't the most compact or innovative lanterns I've ever used, and they might be too clunky if you're traveling by single backpack and need to save weight/volume, but they'll suffice for tame car camping. br>br>The sliding part feels slightly rickety, but I don't think it's a fragile lantern. It'll most likely last a long time. It's just that there are so many other high-quality options out there. There are so many different types of end lanterns out there that we're spoiled for choice. Do you want to pay twice as much at REI for something you'll only use a few times a year? br>br>This time, I debated whether to go with USB rechargeable or AA battery powered, but in the end, I believe you need a mix of both in your arsenal. Diversify your danger!.
Pack. This is a fantastic set of collapsible lanterns. br>It is extremely light and bright. It comes with two battery configurations: Depending on how bright you want the lantern to be, you can use either two or four AA batteries. This lantern is extremely bright, even with all of the batteries installed. With the lantern set to its brightest setting, I can see 15 feet in front of me with ease. br>Unlike some led lanterns, the diffuser evenly distributes the light 360 degrees with no "hot spots. " The light is powered by AA batteries, which are readily available. It comes with a built-in handle and a simple on/off switch. It's precisely what I needed.
Pack is one of the most amazing inventions I've ever used! It weighs less than a pound! Three AA batteries are required for each lantern. Because there are two lanterns in the box, there are a total of six AA batteries. The item is a collapsible lantern that can be used as both a lantern and a flashlight. It has a nigh vision setting and can be used as a flashlight. The LED lights are extremely bright and powerful. They effortlessly and stylishly illuminate even the darkest of spaces! At the bottom of the lantern, there are three small but extremely powerful magnets. This enables the lantern to easily adhere to any metallic surface while remaining stable. secure. At the bottom of the lantern, there is a small hook for storage, which I assume is used. Overall, I'm in love with this lantern/flashlight! It's clever, small, attractive, and hopefully long-lasting!.
They're ideal for keeping on each side of the house in case of a power outage, and I've also used them to see into the attic. They appear to be fairly sturdy, but they do not appear to be waterproof; there is nothing on the package or in the instructions that would lead you to believe they are suitable for use in the rain. My only reservation is that the base that protects the batteries does not appear to be sufficiently secure. Overall, I enjoy using these lanterns and plan to do so in the future. I was given a free sample to try out.
