I'm 10 inches tall and weigh around 16 pounds. I adore mine.
There are only two options for this lantern. A battery pack that accepts "D" batteries of the standard size. This pack will accept rechargeable "D" size batteries. The other type of rechargeable battery available is a NiMh battery that cannot be opened. For this type of light, this isn't the best type of battery.
Yea. It came with a rechargeable battery pack.

We like that it's LED and that it has a charging port where we can plug in our Android phone to charge it. It also comes with a car charger and has a USB port. br>br>We just tossed our old Coleman lantern, which used eight (yes, eight) D cell batteries or a six-volt battery and corroded when it sat around. br>br>Because the light source is LED, we won't have to replace the light bulbs as often as we did with the old lantern. br>br>The lamp has two brightness settings, the lowest of which is sufficient. If you require additional light to locate something, the bright is extremely bright. This lantern will not let you down! br>br>.
This lantern is absolutely gorgeous. We have a Coleman 2-burner lantern from 1972 that runs on Coleman gas. We purchased this to take on trips where space was limited, and we are glad we did. It's bright; even on low, it'll light up a camp table. I like it because of its small size; I don't have to worry about it tipping over and spilling fuel; and recharging is much easier than filling a fuel tank. We ran it for 6 or more hours this weekend, 2 on high, and it was still running strong. This is something I strongly suggest you do.
It's great that it has a USB port and that the cord is stored within the housing. I was hesitant at first because the lantern is small, but then I remembered that I had purchased Kids Mini Lanterns for my daughters last year, and they worked perfectly! As a result, I purchased it. It didn't fall short of my expectations. Even on the lowest setting, it produces a lot of light. I only took it on two camping trips this summer, so I'm hoping it holds up well in storage and works again next year. If anything changes, I'll let you know!.
The low-light setting is ideal for evenings, the battery lasts a long time, and it is completely silent. I'd buy more if I could come up with a good reason! It's very light, and if my power goes out for some reason, I'll be fine if I need to walk around at night without worrying about stepping on a cat. br>It's available for purchase! Love it! Use it to make Gollum's ring impressions!.
This lantern can be charged using a standard USB cable, which is very convenient. There's no need to worry about losing a bulky charger. Even better, it includes a standard USB charger that is hidden in the lantern's base. In the event of an emergency, it will also serve as a USB charging station for your phones and other devices. It is completely self-contained. I enjoy the fact that it is contained. It's a bright day. This is a medium-sized lantern that appears to be capable of completing any task. RJB.
lasting. These lanterns are not cheap, but they produce a bright light and the charge lasts a long time; I lost the power cord to my other larger rechargeable Coleman lantern and purchased this one to replace it. Because this isn't a particularly large lantern, you'd need more than one to read by it in a very large room. However, as a nightlight or a bedside or chairside lantern, it's perfect. It gets the job done. It is bright in two ways.
Great product! We lose power from time to time, and this lantern is always ready to go; it's bright and easy to transport. It's even better because it's rechargeable; you'll never run out of batteries again! Furthermore, because the charging cord is stored in the bottom of the lantern, you should not lose it. I was so taken with mine that I bought them for my adult children as Christmas presents.
This lantern produces a great deal of light! It's simple to charge, and the charger and cords fit neatly under the lantern, making for a great little storage space. My last Coleman lantern, which I had since the 1970s, finally died. I've always struggled to get everything back into its small space with the storage on the side, but this is a fantastic improvement! Coleman products are one of my favorites because they are always dependable and well-made. Now I'm all set for the winter:.
