Has a good fit for a Coleman cannister and does not In addition to the adapter, I purchased the cannister backpacking stove so that I can use Isobutane cannisters
4/5

Isobutane canisters are not always readily available in remote areas. Coleman canisters often come in handy. In the beginning, I stuck the adapter to the top of a Coleman 16oz A digital kitchen scale was used to compare the weight of the cylinder before and after leaving the adapter on for about half a day. I observed no leaks. In this case, it didn't appear to lose a gram of gas when the adapter was My next test was on the Snow Peak GigaPower stove and again no leaks were observed and the stove appeared to work normally if the stove valve was slowly opened to monitor the flame size. I tested it on the Kovea Spider remote cannister stove next. Also, it seemed to work well on that stove. It is possible to feed isobutane gas in a liquid form by turning the isobutane canister upside down, but I did not attempt that with the Coleman propane canister, and will do so in the future as it may exceed the capabilities of the stove and There is a great deal of danger associated with LP gas. Additionally, I found that the black plastic cap that comes with the Coleman cannister to cover its valve can also be used to cover the end of the adapter that's used for the lindal valve. An adapter with this feature could assist in preventing debris from becoming embedded in lindal valve threads. For now, I am rating it 4 stars simply because I have not had any immediate experience with it.

The invention is fantastic! The invention is fantastic! It works like a charm! The world has been in need of this for many years! The big box stores had one of those stoves for sale
5/5

We returned the next year with fuel that had a threaded outlet instead of the snap-in type The type is right! So now we have another one to add to our The solution to the problem is here! The Amazon reviews suggest that this brand may not have problems like other brands do. It would be helpful if I could include a technical note You can make this easier by following these tips You have to get the 1 lb. green one when you get it. The Coleman tankers of propane know that when they sprayed the fuel that it ended up in the tanks Put the green paint on the tank a little bit of it gets on the tank, but not much There will be fine threads and they will cross. Connection needs to be threaded. Scotch-infused water is what I use Our brite polishing pad is always with us when we go camping to clean the dishes and pots, to rub on the threads of the tank of propane and then clean it again I've got a little dish for you - Taking a bath.

Although a bit pricey, it does what it is intended to do
4/5

This works well, I like it. I find that it may be a bit pricey for what it is, but it gives me more options for my micro camp stoves. Although I may be wrong, my short term use (three so far) has shown no signs of wear, and the adapter would likely get a 5-star rating at a lower cost.

This product works and is well worth the price! The product is excellent This is a great deal! For those who need to know, I bought this to use Coleman butane tanks with my Optimus Optifuel - 100% satisfied with it! IT WORKS WITHOUT A CRACK! In the case of the Kovea lpg adaptor, it was incompatible with my Optimus

I was very happy with how well it worked
5/5

This product seems to be made well and really solidly. The green propane tanks I bought were for my MSR Reactor, which I was using green propane tanks. I was very happy with how well it worked.

I'm doing well
4/5

An engineered solution. A lightweight backpacking stove can be used with the Coleman 1 lb propane canister with the help of this adapter. Surely you must be wondering why would you want to do that. There is a chance that you may have a challenge finding isobutane canisters in the USA. It's much more common to use 1 lb propane canisters, and they cost less. It is also a little heavier, but I am looking for a fuel source for bike packing, so weight is not an issue the same way it would be.

A significant amount of gas has leaked Look elsewhere if you want me to
3/5

I would rate this a 0. The connection is strong despite that. There was significant gas leakage when the tank was attached to a 1 lb Coleman. A waste of time and resources, as well as Having asked seller whether there was anything I could do differently, I decided not to do it. The product did not appear to be defective. I returned it.
