The fire is burning brightly
5/5

Coleman is who they are. Are these things even made by anyone else? Other than that, I would not have even thought to look for something else. I have a Coleman dual fuel lantern that I like. It has a good lantern, but it has the absolute worst case scenario. In picking up the lantern entirely by the handle, the globe fell out of the bottom and broke. I bet you can find one new one soon! However, the rest of the story is a different one. In the process of finding the globe, I realized I was in need of That's what I'm doing here. Ensure you have a few sets on hand. These are cheap, and it's likely you'll need them sooner or later. During my 50 years of using Coleman, I have never had a problem. There is no reason for me not to I would recommend this book to anyoneInterested in reading it.

Getting the wire to stay in place is difficult
3/5

As I've never bought Coleman wicks before, I was surprised to find out they use a metal wire rather than a string for attachment to the I found it a lot harder than expected to secure the mantle firmly at the lantern by pulling and snugging up the wire. A first one fell off after only an hour of use when it was placed on a camping I had to struggle even harder to get the second one secure, but by the end of our three-night camping trip it was close enough. String instead of wire will be my new method of securing cords in the future!.

Stand by in case of an emergency
5/5

It is not uncommon for me to have a reserve supply of food and supplies in case of an emergency, as do many others. Should things like the food supply chain, power supply, or heating fail, we've got things that will keep us and our families warm and fed. If the electric power is cut, the first thing that goes out are the lights. the old-fashioned lighting set my grandparents used for the house (I'm 82 years old), food in the form of non-perishables to last at least three months, LP gas for cooking and selected fire power to repeal and borrow in times of scarcity. As far as my windows and doors go, I have not yet added bars. Every one of us, even people living in apartments, should have at least a small amount of items in case of emergency.

You should avoid this situation at all costs
3/5

If you can avoid these things you should. If you are unable to do so you should not use the lantern that I have. It is difficult to install them because they tear when installed. When they become so fragile, they become extremely fragile. Despite the fact that they work properly, they are just a pain to use.

There is no difference between these and your originals, but you do get to tie them.

This is the real deal
5/5

I prefer to buy things that need fire and propane from a company I trust, like Coleman. I would rather spend a few extra dollars to get a name brand item. This is a Coleman product.

Lamp made by Coleman
5/5

The Mantle usually doesn't need to be burned before turning on the lamp just open the valve carefully and burn it on fire. You should also tie securely the Mantle before turning it on so as not to touch it with excessive dirt or moisture. All you need to do is not touch it with the matchand keep your hands away from it. In my country (Colombia) I use my Dual Fuel lamps with unleaded (premium) fuel, and no one complains that there is a slight chemical smell to them, and the lamps themselves work well. Even though you have a lamp, you need to have a spare Mantle for it, I know you can always find gasoline at any gas station, but not the mantle. I am William.
