Despite being heavy duty, the 5 liter and 10 liter containers I received were of very high quality. To prevent accidental opening, the large screw on caps are secured with a ratchet lock. With the free standing design, filling is easy and the strong reinforced carry handles help to stabilize the container. As long as reasonable care is taken, they should last for years. When I use coolers, I fill them 1/3 full and freeze the rest to add a bit of ice.
It is a pleasure to answer your question. *There are 2 types of bags as noted above*5L Capacity Net weight Net weight of a 3oz carry bag with a 5L capacity 4 ounces *nbsp There is folding and extremely sturdy, making it a very portable bag. My sincere hope is that this helps.
Greetings, there are four bags per set and they are as described on the website. The customer service department should be contacted if you only receive 3 of the items. Hopefully Here's what's happening
Although the bag is probably strong, I wouldn't put the cap on since the heat expansion might cause the bag to burst or cause boiling water to escape.

Due to the fact that I live in a van, and I am not a careful person, I have dropped these into a variety of places, including but certainly not limited to rocks, sticks, pine needles, and Although all of the bags were dropped from a couple feet onto what would seem unforgiving ground, they have held up remarkably well. A bag of those held water excellently, and one of those bags ended up being used for gasoline on a motorcycle trip and then for a long time afterwards. Water bags show scratches and wear, but they do not leak and appear to be in good condition. After I think a few months with gasoline inside, which looks like little bubbles with liquid inside, I saw little liquid-filled spots all over the bag. As of yet, it has not leaked and I continue to use it as I normally would. Even though I worry that could compromise some of its It has been over six months since I have used this product, and I can happily report that it has held up well. Although it is much easier to use with water than gas, it is still a good product!.
It appears that both products work as described without leaks. (However, I did not sit on them so I cannot comment on that. a while however, I have no idea of what the seller is referring to as to the aluminum foil lining, and I am not yet aware of the possible freezing affect. It seems to hold up fine after I cut out one hole (must be cut out, it won't open if pressed with fingers) and placed a carabiner through it. Though I have not hung it for a long period, it seems to hold up well. A further feature that is not mentioned is that the bottoms of the bags are designed so that they stand upright when full, though this works best with the 5 L bag than the 10 L, which is prone to falling over more easily However, since this didn't even appear in the description of the album, this did not count against removing a star. If the bag proves defective, including if the freezing feature leads to problems, the update will be made as necessary.
What a relief it was to do that. The dry camps were more plentiful than we expected, and they worked very well. The container was stuffed within the top of the backpack and hung from the carabiners without any cracks, leaking, or breaking. In all honesty, I thought if I used them one time I would be done with them, but I was Although the handle was completely full of water, it didn't break when hung on a carabiner, and it never leaked when stored in my backpack when it was completely full. suggest these for anyone hiking, camping, or taking part in any type of outdoor activity that requires a drink.
In the tent, I especially liked the handle on top, which made it easy for me to transport water from the faucet to the campsite. It was also easy to pour from when empty, so it saved me space in the truck. Nearly all of it can be folded away. This is a great buy! This is one purchase you will not regret.
This was used to make large blocks of distilled water into ice for the camper coolers, and they worked perfectly. Taking the water out won't produce any fun flavors, nor will you end up with sloppy, slushy coolers full of melted ice.
I think it would be a good idea to store water in a water tank. To have drinking water in an emergency such as an upcoming hurricane would be useful in my case. I detected no odor from the inside of the dry container upon arrival even though it claims to be food grade. Although it isn't a rigid container, it is a bag. In about an hour, it had managed to fall to the concrete floor, burst into pieces, and fell entirely onto the floor after being sat on the edge of a bench (not extending beyond the edge though). That occurred for some reason that I don't quite understand. It is therefore important to treat it gently and to.
The travel trailer I have is equipped with a dozen of these. By freezing water, ice tea, and other liquids in them, I can reduce the need for ice and the time I must spend draining unusable melt water from my ice chests significantly. The white one can be used for whisky and the black one for vodka for entertaining guests around the campfire, so I don't have to manage heavy glass bottles. Due to the fact that they collapse as the beverages diminish in number, there is little or no waste space in the refrigerator, cooler, If there are no water hookups available, such as when boondocking, the handles allow me to fill and carry six at a time to fill my water tank manually from another source, then stow when empty flat because the handles don't take up much valuable space. There will never be a time when I pour liquid into rigid gallon jugs. Years ago, I would have loved to have discovered these. You will need to clean them out before reusing them, but it is.
It's made of a durable material, is lightweight, and compact. The bags I purchased are part of a homemade gravity feed water filtration system that I intend to use for filtering water while hiking on the trail. Both the small and large bags were included in the pack I bought. The item I received was of extremely high quality. For my gravity feed filter fitting, the lid was the perfect size to allow me to drill through and install the fitting. I went with the Hydroblu filter, but I am confident it would work equally well with the Sawyer. A second pack of small bags will be purchased in the near future.
