Design flaw that is fatal. It is pretty much impossible to find anything I dislike about Pelican. For 15 years, I've been using their cases and coolers. Those are tops. The case in which I carry my suitcase is from Pelican. I agree, but. The 32 oz bottle is slightly smaller. Simply put, this is a horrible piece of As the lip tapers from the inside to the outside, the bottle becomes wider. In order to have a smooth pour, it needs to taper to the inside of the bottle or flare (like an hourglass) at the lip, preventing liquids from flowing over the outside edge of the lip and down the outside of the bottle due to surface tension. The design/implementation forces liquid, in this case coffee, to build up around the lip and drip down the side of the bottle, meaning I have to have a rag handy every time I pour coffee into the bottle and it goes straight in the trash. The water is insulated, so not much can be said about it. In this day and age, there must be 100 different brands to choose from. Being a fan of Pelican products, I was eager to see how this would stand up to the competition.
