Even though the tops need to be replaced, it shouldn't be a big hassle since you can buy replacement tops for $4 each by contacting the manufacturer. Intak bottles are ergonomically designed to make drinking easier. There is just the right size opening for drinking, the cap closes to keep the spout clean, and the entire thing can be disassembled for comprehensive It looks a lot like the Intak bottle I love, but with some improvements, so I chose to try the new Tritan bottle. This device, however, is the same size in volume, but is only 1/4 of an inch shorter in height, since the cap is more compact. Upon looking at photos, I thought maybe Thermos had improved the breakability and durability of the cap, which I felt was my biggest complaint about Intak and my main reason for trying There are lots of improvements to the cap with its redesign 1) Compact design which can possibly It seems like the bottle would hold up slightly better if you dropped it on purpose since I haven't tried it, but I don't know The clasp and spring mechanism are superior to the Intak, but it still isn't there yet.
B) It still isn't indestructible, but nothing is perfect. Instead of a piece of silicon rubber, a silicon rubber band is used now to pop the cap open, whereas the Intak used a small piece of silicon rubber to pop the cap open. As a result, the closures and openings are smoother, while the closing mechanism is more tactile. Having the top open all the way also helps prevent the contents from falling out. It is a great pity that the Tritan has this bad trait, because in nearly all ways, it is superior to the Intak. Earlier today, I ordered 4 additional Intak bottles just in case they were to be discontinued by Thermos. While I am not going to order any more Tritan bottles, I will not give up using my Tritan completely Here is a review that may be useful to others when choosing Clearly a water bottle is very important to me, and I probably come across as some kind of Why do I have to say so much? A. M. P. There are no parts that can be interchanged between the Intak and Tritan bottles. Edit *br*br My Intak caps have been broken too many times and I have now switched to a Nalgene 32oz Narrow Mouth Bottle. Unlike the top heavy ones, these are typically very hard to break. They have a higher capacity, and are less likely to fall. Intak bottles are still good for the reasons I mentioned in my review, in addition to these perks.

That counter was one of the main reasons I bought this water bottle. In the past, I haven't kept track of how much water I drink on a daily basis, but I suspect that I don't drink enough water, so I thought this would make me more accountable to my recommended drinking practices. I have definitely seen a benefit from it. I think awareness is what it all comes down to for me. Just by moving that little counter every time I refill, I am forced to take note of how much water I am consuming (or not consuming). This issue is now closer to the forefront of my mind instead of just an afterthought. Therefore, I would say that I think it's well worth $10 or more There is a price of $12 dollars for this based on the color is pretty much a part of my travels When I'm out for errands or work, I have even brought it into a restaurant without thinking (ooops! ). In addition to staying with it for longer, I drink more. In the past week, I have consumed about five to six servings This is an approximate figure. A 100-word summary I recommend 120 ounces of water, which is more than the 85- 110 ounce recommendation for my weight and age The weight of this product is 90 ounces. In my opinion, I can pretty much say with certainty that I did not drink The mornings used to begin in the middle of the night when I would wake up because my mouth would be dry and I would be so thirsty. The reason why it never happens to me anymore is probably because I keep this bottle glued to me at all times. Honestly, I would have purchased another counter if this counter did not exist. Other counters haven't caught on yet to how awesome it is to have one, so I guess. . .

In the end, the only reason I finally had to replace mine was because I dropped the old one and the little piece that held the lid shut broke off when it landed just right. The old one lasted over four years and did a great job. Obviously, this bottle is good quality because there is no doubt about it. I don't like how much lighter it feels than the last one, so I hope it will be just as durable, considering my clumsiness (I dropped it There is no spring to open the lid, but it works in a similar manner. I think it should last for a while and seems to be a good product. My favorite color is magenta (I got myself that). In addition to that, it has a little counter on the lid, so you can keep track of how many are consumed in a day (and how many I drank in a day with my last one). This makes it easier to make sure you get all the water you need throughout These are very good bottles and I would highly recommend them. In my experience they last for a very long time, and the last one worked and opened as well as it did when I bought it over four years earlier. I am in love with these.
