For the past 2 nights I've been sleeping on this in my home office to test it out and I couldn't be happier. It is my side that I sleep on. I'm tall, weigh 190 pounds, and sleep on my side. In addition to the memory foam topper, it does fine with just the material alone, since it is quite smooth and does not touch when you lie on it. I like the fact that there are no metal edges on the sides and that the metal bar at either end has been removed. It wouldn't be pleasant to sleep with metal touching my skin, especially when I take this backpack camping and don't have a roof over my head that's other than an open sky. I don't think that it can get any easier than this when it comes to unfolding and folding back up the table. As I switch from side to side during the night when I sleep, I was a little concerned about the lack of locks on the legs, but I found that this cot gave me zero stability issues as I moved about. As a cot shopper, I had primary concerns about space and ease of placement and removal, and I found the Easy Cot to be the best solution for both. It is my first time sleeping on a cot thus, I cannot compare this to any other product. I gather that nearly every other product I looked at had metal bars on the ends, and there were even some with a metal bar in the middle to keep it stable. A key element in the comfort level of this mattress is the absence of a metal bar in the middle, since no matter how tight the mattress surface is, eventually the material will stretch out a little bit, and you'll feel the metal touch your back while you're sleeping. It seems as if the cot would become fundamentally useless at that point. With the Easy Cot, you'll never have to worry about that. My recommendation is to try it out.

Instead of an air mattress, try this one, it's much better and sitting on this cot is a big plus. The accommodations were comfortable and very stable. I had a great night's sleep thanks to them. My cot is the very best I have ever owned, and I've owned dozens over the years. Just like a folding camping chair, it collapses and can fit into a bag. Compared to most cots, this one has a wider and longer size. It is sturdy enough for me to sit on the edge to put on my socks, but it does not sink into it like most cots do. The middle bar at the back does not appear in the design, as it is not in the set up. about this cot is that it is higher than most, and it makes waking up easier, especially early in the morning. Despite the fact that it's so comfortable, you can sleep on your back or your side without feeling like you're sitting on a board. A great deal of care went into the construction of the building. My family and I have used it on several weekend camping trips without any problems.
