Whew. I've never seen so many negative responses in my life. Though I suppose everyone is attempting to do their best in their own way. Regardless, I would avoid your 'used' variation unless it appears to be anything other than 'like new.' 'Very good' used condition is occasionally viable, but when the dollar signs are this big already, you won't save enough money from buying used to make it worthwhile. So, based on my experience over the last decade of buying hundreds of Amazon products - Some used, but in general, I would advise only trying used if it says "like new" on the listing. 'And that's only if the difference between truly new and 'like new' saves you a significant amount of money. ' I realize this response isn't as helpful as it could be, but at the very least, it answers your question rather than avoiding it or appearing to be answering a completely different question.'

My husband's was given to him in 2017 and it still looks brand new.
Sorry. Unfortunately, it is not possible. The number 12 will be flipped.

Except for the fact that it cost ten times as much as my Igloo or Coleman, there was no discernible difference! I put the three of them through a trial by leaving them in a hot car for the entire day. There was no discernible difference, as far as I could tell. After that, I went out and bought "yeti ice," hoping it would help. That turned out to be identical to other pre-packaged ice. Financially, it was a huge letdown, and it was a bummer because I had hoped to improve my cooler situation. Make a financial plan. Overpriced to the point of absurdity!.
I recently purchased the Hopper 12 and am very pleased with it. I already had a Yeti Tundra in my boat, but I needed a smaller cooler for when I was fishing alone or with only one other person. The Hopper 12 fits perfectly in the available space and is simple to fill with ice, a few Cokes, and water bottles. It saves time and ice, as well as preventing the ice from melting, even on a hot, sunny Florida day. br>br>So far, there have been no issues with the zipper. I used the included wax to coat the zipper and opened and closed it about 20 times when I first got the Hopper. Then I added a little more wax and worked the zipper a few times more. The zipper is in good working order. It takes a little getting used to, but that's to be expected given that it's waterproof. br>br>Like other Yeti products, the Hopper 12 is well-made, which is exactly what I needed.
This cooler is used to transport raw sushi on a weekly basis. Here's how the cooler is set up. Yeti ice comes first, followed by a towel, the fish wrapped in waterproof butchers paper, and finally bagged crushed ice, leaving very little dead space. If necessary, the meat can be kept at 32 degrees for several days after being transported in the cooler. br>In the raw fish industry, it is common to pack raw fish in ice. br>Aside from this, I have a couple of Yeti hoppers that I use for day trips to the beach in the summer. In the middle of the bottom, there is yeti blue ice food, with a small blue ice on top. br>One of the older hopper models had a zipper fail, so it was replaced with a newer model with an improved zipper. It runs more smoothly, and the common issue of the zipper teeth twisting at the corners has been resolved. I use silicone lube to lubricate the zipper, then clean it with ethanol if it becomes sticky and reapply the lube.
On the basis of the reviews, I decided to splurge and buy this. . . . I'm not impressed at all. It's a pain that there are no side pockets. The ice didn't last as long as it claimed, but I'm not sure if I was zipping it up every time I opened it. When zipped, it doesn't leak at all. It's a little difficult to zip and unzip, but it's a solid bag. The strap that goes over your shoulder, on the other hand, has changed the game. . . . SO COZY. But, aside from the shoulder strap, I had friends who had cheaper coolers with similar features, so I'm not sure. I still use it for the pool, but I've discovered that it's too small for a boat day unless you only have one person with you. I'm not sure if I'd purchase this item again.
You pay for the name, so if you need a cooler for 5 days, go with Yeti. However, I use mine every day in my 90-degree truck, and it only holds a few drinks, so you won't be taking it on an 8-day trip. It has a nice status, a nice zipper, and is of good quality, but as everyone knows, an ENGEL cooler is less expensive and, in my opinion, just as good. Yeti acts as if returning something is a favor to them, so be careful what you order from them. Their larger coolers are heavy and a pain to carry around, and yeti customer service has a bad attitude for the money they demand. However, this cooler is good for a day in the car. They yeti ice costs $20 per pack, which is 20 times more than cheaper ice packs, but they haven't leaked yet and freeze quickly, so I bought them to keep in my cooler.
It immediately began to sweat and continued for two days. It sweated profusely and splattered water all over my car's back seat. I returned it and have yet to receive any sort of credit for doing so. Unfortunately, getting in touch with anyone at Amazon to discuss this is impossible. Now I'm out $250 for a cooler that I don't like, and I'm not sure why Amazon doesn't have a customer service number for me to call to get this resolved. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on Amazon and have no way of communicating with anyone. I can't believe I haven't been able to file a complaint or communicate with anyone for the past two weeks! This is a slap in the face! The UPS store is not liable in any way. It hasn't been dropped off, according to my status. For the drop-off, I have a receipt. off.
I spent all of my money. It's something I regret. I could have gotten a much less expensive cooler that would have done the job and been more durable for a lot less money. I suppose I had to pay a premium for the yeti moniker. It was a Father's Day gift that I bought in January 2919 but didn't use until the summer. It was nearly impossible to use the zipper. They even had wax in them. Who wants to spend that much money only to discover that there is wax in the package, which can be used to move the zipper? It's no surprise that by summer 2021, the zipper had broken. I have $30 coolers that are still functional after more than a decade of use. I was sorely disappointed. Also, getting in touch with Yeti for a replacement is proving difficult. I believe I made a mistake and never registered it online, so don't waste your money.
This is ideal for packing a lunchbox or tailgating on the weekends. br>br>Holds a total of 12 beers. In order to play soccer. br>br>Holds all of my food and drink containers. For my workday, I'll need napkins and utensils. br>br>It looks fantastic and as if it will last a lifetime. br> The zipper is in good working order and opens without difficulty. When you register it, you will receive a free bottle opener. It's pricey, but if you like the look, it's well worth it.
