The house is painted white. This is a pretty cool The grate is good for a campfire. I used it to heat water to wash dishes with while using a large pot as a fire pit. The key to winning your case is having one. On all your equipment, you don't get a spot. Although I have only used it once, the ring feels both sturdy and light. I can't speak of its durability, but it feels both sturdy and light.
