This item has HORRIBLE quality control. I bought one and noticed that the grill legs were too vertical and the legs were not properly matched. While the drill holes were'slightly' more evenly matched on this one, the leg stands are mismatched and not evenly spaced, and are too close to the edge of the grill base, causing the grill to fall over with any side pressure. Any side-to-side pressure will cause the grill to topple, potentially spilling your food into the ashes. The bag and tongs are mediocre at best, but they will get the job done. Unfortunately, the grill legs are unsteady, resulting in spoiled food or, worse, burns from spilled foods or a pot full of water.
It's very sturdy and made of thick metal, and it can withstand high temperatures without issue. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's rough around the edges and has a lot of sharp edges that will harm the bag (which is very cheap and thin by the way) or your hands. However, if you file the edges, you'll have a decent grill. In any case, I'm pleased with the outcome.
The grill is nice, and the tongs are cheap but adequate. Unfortunately, the bag had a foul odor of gas. To avoid a stench, I had to wash the metal. Despite the fact that the bag has been airing out in the garage, it continues to stink. I was disappointed because I purchased it for the adorable carry bag.
I can tell the difference between a beaten-up delivery box and one that has been used. br>While the product appears to be new, one metal edge has been ground or eaten away at, similar to how a beaver would chew up a wooden edge. On the outside of the box, this damage is not visible. I don't have time to return it, and while it is usable, I am not pleased with it. br>Beware of unscrupulous salespeople.
I like how it folds up and can be stored in the included carrying case when grilling for two people over a campfire. However, if I had it to do over, I would order a larger size.
Although it appears to be small, it fits perfectly into a standard fire pit and operates reliably. It's very useful.
It appears to be well-made, and I am confident that it will last for many years. It's built to last and is made of stainless steel, making it ideal for cooking. The bag is well-made, and I'm confident that I'll get a lot of use out of it.
