As part of my purchase of Pinnacle Base Camper Cookware, I acquired this The utensils are a bit pricey, but the teardrop is very confined, so we had to find something compact to store them for a nonstick surface. Having gone through a pretty heavy camping season (for my family! 1) I thought that a decent review would be justified. There's no need to open the pot to store this kit, as it stores inside the Whenever we pull out our Base Camper set, it has all the tools we need. You will need a spatula, a spoon, and a It was a little cutting board and scrub pad that we didn't use much. It's a pleasure to have these two bottles. Olive oil is for one and sesame oil is for the other. Although those were repurposed for other spices, the salt shakers and pepper grinder are useful, too. Initially, the joint that allowed the utensils to rotate and fold worried me, but they held up during this Though I'd recommend staying away from doing anything that would put too much stress on them. I have no concerns about their durability, just the joint. I find the tools easy to clean and the material of the tools seems durable enough. This may be worth the investment if you are trying to save space and you want a nice little set of utensils and a few extra items that you can configure to your needs.

There are many companies, but there is only one that makes a folding tong I've searched everywhere, but they're the only ones who understand how much more convenient it is to use tongs while cooking. This package is small, good for your backpack, all 3 utensils fold in half, saving you space, and it feels sturdy when you use it (I use it in my full Snow Peak kitchen)

It came with salt & pepper. Pepper bottle (with different pouring cap, very handy if you want to use other spices in this same container) In the newer version, there is only one large and one small bottle for liquid (it seems the older versions have both small and large bottles) Inside are also a small scraper and a folded towel

On the other hand, the chopping board and the scrubbing pad are not that great A small board is not enough to do anything, but as a backpacking device it can be better than nothing This scrubber pad acts as a cleaning agent. It is a great set, worth every penny, just get it at 99 cents and replace it

Overall it is a great set, I can't really complain about it at all.

It's well suited for packing. This kit includes all the goodies you need at a reasonable price. I can pack all my gear nicely in this bag which is small too. The backpacking pack would be great for taking along on a trip, but I've only used it I wanted only a few of the tools, but there were plenty on the market. Tongs, spatula, and spoon are the standard cooking tools. The bag with the bonuses made sense to me when I priced it out. the fact that I can make my own spice blends and not buy premade ones. In addition, a scraper tool was also included in this kit that I've used before from another kit and a small bottle to use for soap, oil, etc. So all in all, I think it makes sense to buy this rather than The fact that it was all compacted was also appealing to me. I do not find anything wrong with the cutting board. It's not anything major. As for the towel, it is a microfiber cloth. The pack-able tools are well thought out and fit well in the bag without any issues. It appears to be a luxury item to most, but I found it more cost-effective to purchase this set upfront rather than buying just one or two tools and needing to buy the rest later. This kit is also available in a larger size I think the one in the picture is extravagant because I would never use all of those things. would be perfect for a camping trip with two people.

I bought this set in addition to the I originally bought a 12 folding knife so I could add it to my kit, but the size of the knife was larger than I expected. The No. 1 would be the best option if you wish to add an Opinel knife to your collection. The pouch bag is the only thing I dislike about the kit I can see a lot of loose threads already and it feels very cheap. Additionally, the kit I received does not have the small bottle as has been depicted in the product photographs, instead I received two medium bottles (I appreciate this change), and the pouch is of lower quality and does not have vents on top so that the wet items can be dried.
