Overall, the product meets my car camping needs, but I wouldn't recommend it for backpacking or long-term carrying because the ends that stick out where the rope is strung make it difficult to fit into a bag neatly. br>br>I did a very unscientific test by putting a small amount of water inside and shaking it around to see how the seal would hold up, and it held up better than I expected, especially since the plates don't seal tightly together. When I close the plates together, one of the sides always lifts slightly, revealing the seal. Even with that, the rattling and shaking I was doing didn't cause it to leak. Given that the seal isn't completely sealed, I'm guessing there's still a chance of some spillage. br>br>Another drawback is that I requested a darker green with a dark cap, but instead received a strange off maroon color. It's a real pity.

It's a neutral color that hides dirt and stains, and it's appropriate for both boys and girls. Anyone who claims that putting the spork on with the bungee cord is difficult is mistaken. Even without the bungee, you can fit the spork inside the bowl.

It's very handy. I have a 5-piece plastic dinnerware set with plates, bowls, cups, and flatware for five people. In short, getting it out is a chore, and cleaning it is a nightmare. To tell you the truth, it's just my Son and me under normal circumstances. We went fishing the other day, and I made a Knorr side dish with chicken, vegetables, and seasoning that turned out to be quite tasty. The UCO came in handy in this situation. Rather than bringing out my bulky plasticware, I served it in the UCO; it was a hit with both of us, the attached spork did its job, and cleanup was a breeze. I'm completely addicted to this game. The non- We had a small summer storm that soaked the table we were using, so the skid bottom of the dish/plate came in handy. Sliding is not permitted. It's sturdy, simple, and convenient, and it's the perfect size for a meal.

Unless you're packing for a long, heavy hike where every ounce and inch of space counts, this is fantastic. I bought this for my partner to use on our Grand Canyon rim to rim hikes and backcountry camping trips, but it turned out to be larger and took up more space than I had anticipated. If you were storing compressible items inside, such as underwear or socks, or baggies of dried food, I believe you could use this in a backcountry backpack. Despite its solid construction and durability, I returned it because it would not be suitable for our backcountry hiking needs. The utensil is fantastic and lightweight, and I own one and use it for all of my hiking. To save weight and space in our packs, we'll eat the dish directly from the pan in which it was prepared or from food baggie packaging when we're on the trail. However, this particular brand of utensil is PERFECT!.

Instead of using low-cost containers for work, I use it. Some people believe the seal is ineffective, while others believe it is. To get a proper seal, start with one corner and push down on the edges in a circle. If you don't crack the seal before putting it in the microwave, you'll have a hard time getting it open. I've filled it with a variety of foods and there have been no spills while it's been tossed around in my bag. The rubber band and combo fork are a great way to keep everything in place. Anyone looking for a mess kit for hiking, camping, or work should definitely consider this.

They're a little small, but they're designed for camping, and we used both the top and bottom plates as two plates. The fork comes with a built-in knife, which came in handy when cutting into our homemade French toast and hamburger steaks. We didn't have any problems with it cutting our lips, though. br>br>Thank goodness we found them in time for our camping trip!.

The only way to find out is to wait. I've only used it once, but I did test how well it seals with water. Not bad. I didn't notice any leakage, but that won't be an issue because this will sit horizontally in my lunchbag and soupy meals will be served elsewhere. br>br>I like how small it is on the outside, but it has a lot of room inside for food. It's as simple as a bowl and a "spork. " My bungee tether and I have a love-hate relationship. Separating isn't too difficult if you have to, but I'd prefer it to be easier for that microwaved meal. When it comes to repeated microwave use, only time will tell. So far, it's been a wonderful experience.

This is one of my favorite things to use as a scouting mess kit. This container is a good size and holds a lot of food. This is a little large for hiking, but if space isn't an issue, it's perfect.
