I have constant lower back pain, and I noticed a difference as soon as I put this on. It was even more comfortable after I adjusted the Velcro elastic part to fit my shape. AT A REASONABLE PRICE, THE SUPPORT AND COMFORT ARE EXCELLENT. Due to severe scoliosis, I've had a number of spinal surgeries. Finding a supportive, yet comfortable back brace can be difficult, and even with insurance coverage, the surgical supply stores are prohibitively expensive. I go through several braces a year because I wear one every day, all day, and they tend to stretch out and lose their support over time. br>br>This is the first time I've purchased this brand, and I'm very pleased with the fit, support, and comfort, and I plan to purchase more of this type and brand.

I recommend purchasing a size larger than you believe you require. It is so tight on me that I need assistance putting it on. This belt's material has the appearance of crackle paper inside. If not worn low enough, the metal stays in the back dig into the rib cage's bottom and into the kidneys. This is infuriating. Make sure it's set to the lowest setting possible. You can't sit down with it on once it's on because it digs into your ribs as it slides up. Make sure you're wearing a shirt underneath it if you're putting it on bare skin. The belt keeps your stomach in place while you walk, but it slides up a little during a workout. It's possible that this is due to the fact that the XXL size is still too small. The sizes do not correspond to those in the United States of America. I thought I was going up a size, but when I pulled the two sides together in the front, it barely touched in the middle. Buying a size or two larger than you require is highly recommended.

I spend the entire day on my feet. My back had twisted and I was in pain in the lower back - I'm talking about the back of my neck and the area around my tailbone. I couldn't even stand up and work because I couldn't move. I was relieved as soon as I put this on! I was able to work an eight-hour day because of it. The relief was compounded the second day I wore it, as I worked a 12-hour shift in food service with a tolerable amount of discomfort. I'm a woman who wears her belt low on her hips. I'm glad I got a size L because a M would have been too small for where I needed to put this. This belt, on the other hand, provides support all the way to the bottom. Because this is a size L, the outside two metal bars are almost at my hip points, which is a little farther out than I'd like, but the belt still does a great job of supporting. I tried other belts that claimed to be for lower back support but only provided support around the waistline; this belt provides true lower back and lumbar support. Belt is good for standing; it slides up when I sit (I need to reposition it after lunchtime), but that is likely due to the fact that I wear it so low.

I made the best decision possible. br>I have back problems, and my new job requires some lifting. The first time I tried it, I ended up with a backache. So I went to Amazon and ordered a back belt, which arrived just in time, and I went through the same lifting routine with no pain this time. It is simple to put on and adjust, and it was sold at a reasonable price. br>I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and weigh. 135 . I had two low back surgeries, no more disc space between L4/L5, wandering thoracic spine vertebrae, arthritis in my SI joint, and mild scoliosis, so a medium fit perfectly. br>I like how it covered my low lumbar area, as well as the waist. br> br>This belt is extremely beneficial to me, allowing me to continue working without interruption.

My back is hurting - VENDOR HAS RECEIVED NO REPLY! I'm 5'5", and this thing is so tall that it hurt my back after only 5 minutes. I informed Amazon that I would like to return it - The vendor had been contacted, according to the response - THERE HAS BEEN NO REACTION! Fast shipping is nice, but if you don't stand behind your product, you're stuck with it, and now I'm stuck with something I can't use. I guess I'll have to cut it down to size and store it in a drawer in the hopes that I'll be able to use it once I've lost 20 pounds. 30 lbs.

I've experimented with a number of different over-the-counter medications. the- counter-supports, with mediocre results This is the best support I've found so far- Moreover, the cost is unbeatable. I'll buy another so that I'll have something to wear while the first is being washed.
