However, this shipment was an entirely different brand, with the boxes being blue instead of the usual white. I'm frustrated because they stick to my mother's tumor causing her stress and irritation. It doesn't live up to its promise! Whenever I purchased these, I received exactly what was described, the packaging was blue instead of red (as shown) and there was even a roll of tape included in the package

GRADE ZERO WAS THE NUMBER OF THE PADS

It is useless. This pad has been ordered a number of times before and I have been pleased with it. This time, however, there has been a grade reduction. There was no absorbency in this material, as it would even tear. Doubling them did not help as I was not required to do so in the past. I would recommend that you do not order this product. It is a pity that the seller couldn't take responsibility but has blamed Amazon for the defective product.

A far better product than what you can buy at the store
