My friend and I were looking for a small backpack for hiking, and this one worked perfectly. I don't mountain bike, but I have always loved trail hiking, and I found it to be exactly what we needed. Considering my size, I was looking for a backpack that would not be too big for me to carry around. I am 5'3" and weigh 118 pounds. In addition to the durable material and plenty of room inside for the essentials and maybe a thin layer of clothing, there is a pen loop. I have found that the water pack in it holds exactly the right amount of water for me. In some cases, I will take this bag without the hydration pack, just to spare a little.

This bag is a great choice for me. Mountain biking recently became my hobby, and I was looking for a small pack to carry some essentials. This is the perfect size for me I always pack bikes tools, spare gloves, snacks like protein bars, a phone, and a small piece of clothing like a windbreaker or rain jacket in my bag when I ride. You can put keys and other items in the zipper pocket that is located in the hydration compartment. With the front of the jacket being able to zip down you can quickly get to what you need, rather than digging around in The Osprey was a total surprise to me since I am used to Camelbak style hydration bladders. I had to view a video to figure out how to open it. So far, the system has worked well with no leaks. There's nothing better than being able to switch sides of the tube, although I've found it works best if you switch to the left, where you find the chest clip magnet. We recently used it hiking too, and it was very useful.

It's great that this hydration pack keeps me hydrated! am going to admit that at first, I thought the device was defective since I couldn't attach the tube to After reading several helpful reviews though, I realized I had to apply some intense force in order to insert the tube properly. The first couple of times I pushed it hard, I thought I would rip it. But finally, it fully and properly went in. As far as leaks go, I have never encountered any. Besides taking it hiking and riding a bike, I also took it on a number of long and short I can put my back into it comfortably. Also, I like that the bag itself is big enough to hold all my necessities in addition to my bladder-- phone, keys, pocketknife, chapstick, hand wipes, and, of course, snacks! I would recommend this pack if you're looking for a great pack.

Excellent bag that can be used for all occasions- There is nothing better than a day hike. Neither the bag nor the bladder are of poor quality. Aside from being extremely lightweight, it fits my frame well, and it doesn't bounce around too much when Adding fluids to the bladder and sealing it are simple processes. With a full water bladder and a few small pieces of gear, I can bring a few essentials like my wallet, phone, snacks, and I have enough room for a few other small items. While the stitching is not as nice as some of the other high-quality products, there is a noticeable difference I have tried everything possible to rid it of a strong plasticy taste (baking soda, lemons, rinse it out, freeze it). The end bags show evidence of leaking, and the water bladder has a strong taste of plastic. Moreover, it is difficult to remove the bladder from the bag when there is water in the bag since the tube cannot be removed while the bladder is inside. The bag, however, has gone above and beyond my expectations and I feel it has been worth every penny. Likewise, I'm a big fan of the bright teal color.

The price tag on this would probably be the best option depending on my research, but I had to consider the negative aspects as well. My favorite color is teal, the bladder appears to be very durable, and I did a 2 minute test Leaving Sedona, AZ, I went for a half-hour hike, and I found the water to be icy cold when I returned to my vehicle. While I love that it has a zipper pocket so I can stuff a light jacket in it when hiking in the morning or when hiking at higher altitudes, it also works well as a cycling bag because it has that zipper pocket.

As far as dayhiking goes, I use an Osprey pack that's far larger than mine. DisneyWorld was the sole purpose of my purchase. The bag was just the right size for me to carry everything I needed, including an extra pullover, snacks, two cokes, small first aid, and all those other In addition to the water by itself, the whole experience was worthwhile.

It's perfectly designed, very easy to use, and easy to adjust, yet is made specifically My wife's backpack was in the shop, and I borrowed it while mine was being fixed, and the sternum strap easily clears a female's chest. Six miles up a 45-degree incline This pack earned a 5 because it earned 800 feet of elevation gain and descent in just one day This review has been rated five stars. The company has not received any.

The container is easy to drink out of when It is also possible to use a magnetic clip. Access to the storage pocket is very easy. I find it to be reasonably comfortable on my Fits well and stays in place. The cons are This is a pretty big one. A lot of overkill for activity lasting under 120 minutes.
