You won't be able to apply the patches to a seat in the manner specified in the instructions. However, depending on the size of the hole in the seat, I believe they would work.
Nebraska is where we call home. In March, I used this patch to repair something. It was simple to work with and dried quickly. One piece is placed on top, while the other is placed beneath. It was cooler than 70 degrees when I used it, it dried quickly, and we had to wait about a week to use it, despite the fact that it was ready earlier. It's a small 4 inch patch, which I thought was a little pricey for the size, but it worked great, and the kids are now able to enjoy the trampoline once more. Before it rips any further, repair it.

Unfortunately, my children punctured two holes in their new trampoline; however, I was able to repair both holes using the instructions included in this kit, and they haven't moved in months. One of the most important steps in the directions, in my opinion, is to use the remaining glue and spread it across the repair seam and the patch surface itself, then smooth it out with the plastic putty knife (one pass should suffice). This is a repair kit that I would strongly recommend.
I was very pleased with how simple it was to apply the patch. I followed the instructions and now have a hole-free trampoline; larger holes would require a larger patch, but this one worked perfectly for mine.
