Common shop tools can be used as a replacement. Instructions can be found in the owner's or service manual.
The kit includes gaskets and seals for servicing the carburetor on the engine.
When servicing or rebuilding the carburetor, make sure to replace all gaskets and seals.

I recently purchased a 1989 Bayliner Cudi with a Force 125 outboard, and the carburetor is leaking gas. Is it going to work?
I mean, it's a very limited kit, don't you know?
Is this compatible with a 97 Mercury Force with 40 horsepower?
