I'm sorry, but I don't know what you're talking about.
Batteries were included in the package. In terms of returns, you'll have to check when you order, but I'd expect a replacement or refund if it doesn't work.
There are several for various color learn buttons... I simply ordered the yellow to match what I already had.

Works just as well as my 891LM remote garage opener that came with the Liftmaster motor package in box, which my Homelink wouldn't work with, so I had to buy some more remotes. Programming took about 5 seconds and consisted of pressing the yellow button on the back of the garage opener motor and then pressing the remote opener until the light flashes and the click sound is heard. My previous/original Liftmaster garage motor was destroyed by a lightning bolt that passed too close to the house for comfort; I'm just grateful it didn't strike my house or trees. Yes, I attempted to replace the motherboard, but it was fried, so I had to purchase a new one as well as additional remote openers. Everything is in perfect working order.
I had to purchase a replacement opener because the one that came with my door opener was never reliable in the winter. When the weather was nice, it worked fine, but when it got too cold, it refused to function. To make it work, I would literally bring it into the house with me whenever I returned home during the winter. Then, after only a year, it stopped working, despite the fact that I tried a new battery. So I ordered a replacement from Amazon in the hopes that it wouldn't cause me any problems. It was incredibly simple to integrate with my opener, and I received it in the dead of winter, and it has performed admirably. Since I recently purchased a second car, I'm now placing an order for a second one.
I was able to get my garage door to open. I wanted to be able to put a remote in multiple vehicles without having to move it to the one I was driving at the time. It appears to be identical to the originals and performs equally well.
The condo board informed me that installing a second remote would cost more than $60. This unit was purchased for a much lower price and works flawlessly. It was also extremely simple to program. This is an excellent product.
As a substitute for my opener, I like this device a lot - I bought it for the price I paid. I didn't realize my new car didn't come with the convenience package, which meant I needed a garage door opener - and it cost a lot less than buying a new one.
I am extremely pleased with both the product and the merchant. I would strongly suggest it.

When the one in my car stopped working, I bought these garage door openers, and they've worked flawlessly ever since.
