The answer is not clear to me. In any case, I'm willing to give it a try if the straps look the same. The straps are cheap and work well with the rack I own.

The world straps sound like they would be useful for you. The size of the tags is 8" long x 1" wide There are five holes in a 1/4" wide strip. If you want to use a hitch mount bike carrier, it should have a central mast with wide plastic cradles on either side of the mast, which have two straps on each cap.
A few months ago, I ordered these straps, but from memory, 3 came in the package. As a result, I must have ordered 2 packs (each containing 2 straps) as I secure my bike to the rack with 3.

This is a replacement set of straps for the Yakima TerraFirma 4 bike rack that I have had for several years now. The replacement straps are almost exact copies of the original, though they lack the world emblem. I believe that mine have stretched as a result of years of use, as they are stiffer than the originals. Additionally, their thickness is the same. After I put them on the rack, I realized they were just as I had hoped. The lace lines up perfectly on the knob and goes on smoothly. I ordered two and they stretched to fit the bike after I put them on. Now that I have seen the product, I will order several more. I wasn't sure based on some of the reviews, so I bought two. These products are what I was looking for for my bike rack and I am satisfied with them. As you can see in the picture I am sending, the older strap is toward the back and the newer strap is toward the front (right).
However, the description is only giving a weight, which doesn't appear to be the exact straps I was looking for. Because they have 5 holes, I (wrongly) assumed they must be correct, but they are only 8 inches long and their length is much longer than the ones I need. There would be much more benefit here if the product information was more comprehensive. Make sure you double check your measurements before ordering.
This strap does not have the molded earth that original straps have, and it has less rubber in between the rings as well. What effect do they have? In fact, yes. I can rely on them to do what they promise. It is less flexible and does not have a stretchy rubber finish like the This item does not have the World logo embossed on it. They are more brittle when they lack the supple feel. So far, I have not broken it. Unfortunately, the bike rack was too expensive. My bike rack is old but still works fine. The original embossed world straps were completely cracked and dried out. In the end, I had to shell out for new straps because a new rack would have been more expensive.

While they are supposed to do their job, they are so much more expensive than straps that are almost identical but longer and have smaller holes than this product. If they had longer options with the right size holes, and the price could definitely be reduced, I would definitely be purchasing this product. In spite of all of that, the item came in excellent condition and shipped quickly.
I bought the rack off CL and these are it. This is great for those who want to use them. My rack was bought off CL and it was in really good shape. These are the only things it was lacking. Additional orders can be placed later if extras are purchased now. I have some advice, don't leave your rack on your vehicle when it's not in use. It will give them a longer lifespan since they won't have to spend all their time in the sun cooking. Purchased again & received a discount As a result, I would use them again if the need arose.
