Questions & Answers

Has anyone tried spraying it on the ground and seen what happened? I'm looking for something to aid me during the half-ironman bike leg. ?

I've never had a negative reaction to it, and I use it in some sensitive areas for my ultra-sensitive skin. It's good stuff, and because it sprays on, it's a lot less icky than the body glide stick.

A pair of ski boots is mentioned in the description. What are your methods for using it with boots, and how well do they work?

Are you referring to wakeboard or water ski boots?

Will this work to prevent shafting on the back of my neck caused by my wetsuit?

I'm not sure how well it would hold up in a wetsuit, but I imagine it would be fine. Other water sport equipment, such as life jackets, can be worn around the arms with great success. I've used it to prevent chafing on my neck while running long distances in my running vest and training for a marathon.

Is it okay for me to wear this in the sauna after a gym workout? There are heat warnings, but I assumed they were only for the combustible bottle, but I've read that there are others. ?

Yes, this is suitable for use in a sauna. It can be worn anywhere once it's been sprayed on your skin. as if it were any other lotion I enjoy it so much that I had purchased a second can.

As smooth as a booger infected with pneumonia

I'm a Hash House Harriers member who is very active. I run through everything from city streets and hiking trails to thick brush and swampland, and I do it all while wearing a kilt. br>br>Now, for those of you who have never experienced the joy of gallivanting with your dingly danglies flippy flopping about, things can get a little tense in the sub-tropics. crotchal regions are a type of crotchal region. br>br>And, in my search for a lubricant that would provide slickness to prevent chafing, hold up against the sweatiest of sweaties and the wettest river crossing, and not melt in my pack (or truck) during the brutal Texas summers, I came across this magnificent can of slick excellence. br>br>Spray it all over. Make a lot of noise. The lack of resistance is amazing. Then take a look around and be amazed by the world, chafe-free. free. Apparently, it's also helpful when putting on a wetsuit.

You're paying for a fancy spray bottle with a cool name, but it's good stuff
4/5

As an Ironman triathlete, I've tried a variety of anti-chafing products. This isn't the best, but it's certainly not the worst. I particularly like the spray-on effect. It's very easy to get an extra spray in during application and T1 (Transition 1 between the swim and the bike). T2 is in the same boat. I'm not giving it five stars because it's quite expensive when compared to Vaseline, which serves the same purpose for a fraction of the price. Let's face it, with Trislide, you're paying for a cool, sport-specific spray. br>br>I'll give you one BIG hint. DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT, apply this to hardwoods, laminate, or any other type of hard flooring in the home. It will turn your entire floor into a skating rink and spread throughout the house. It's actually quite dangerous, and getting it off the floor requires considerable effort. After nearly breaking my neck in the kitchen, I had to learn this the hard way. Make sure you do this outside or, at the very least, in a carpeted area. Please believe me when I say that this is the case. It's a nightmare to walk on!.

Skin Benefits – Skin to Skin Contact! This was purchased for use at Disney World and proved to be very useful
4/5

sort of. Always keep an eye on your surroundings when spraying. The floor will become extremely slick, and a towel will not be enough to remove it! One day in Hollywood Studios, I wore regular shorts and experienced no chaffing or redness. Throughout the day, I used the spray a few times. After a few minutes, the slickness was gone, and my skin felt silky smooth, never greasy or completely "lubed. " The next day, I wore slightly longer shorts than the previous day's, which tended to ride up. I believe my shorts caused me to chafe by rubbing the spray off my skin. It wasn't so bad that I was able to put shorts back on two days later, but it still chafed. This spray, I believe, is most effective for skin-care. Not where a piece of clothing rubs against it, but where it comes into contact with the skin. The clothing, in my opinion, simply rubs the spray away. Overall, I'd say it held up well in the 95-degree Florida heat and a 7-mile walk around Disney!.

Anti-virus software that works best Long-distance triathlons give you chafe! Two years ago today, I began training for triathlons
5/5

I've always been a runner, and to be honest, for solo running, a generic brand of KY jelly has always worked well to prevent chafe (and unlike Vaseline, has very little grease). THE TRIATHLON, ON THE OTHER HAND, IS A COMPLETELY UNIQUE SPORT. Those low-cost lubricants I used in the past were no longer up to the task of swimming, biking, and running. So, when I first started TRIs two years ago, I switched to a BodyGlide stick (which looks like deodorant). Long-distance races, however, were beyond the stick's capabilities. My armpits were so chaffed after one half Ironman (June 2019) that I had to take a few days off of training and wear short-sleeved shirts EVERYWHERE to avoid any skin-related issues. skin contact. br>br>After that, I discovered this heavenly peace: TRISLIDE. This spray has literally saved my life. I discovered that the best way to apply it is to use just enough to make it feel "slick" or "wet," then let it dry (which takes a short time). Then, after 5 hours of nonstop swimming, biking, and running, I can relax and enjoy being CHAFE FREE! Woots! I even went backwards in time. back-to-back races on the same weekend because no chafe! )br>br>As for the duration of this 4oz bottle, I purchased mine in August of 2019. I've used it in three Olympic triathlons and one half-Ironman since then. I used it several times before bike rides and swim run workouts, and the bottle is still about half full. I estimate that I'll need two bottles per year based on this rough estimate. In a year, I do about 14 triathlons and a lot of running races (again, running alone, I still use my off-road bike). brand-name jellies TRISLIDE is one of my favorite games!.

Finally, a way to get rid of chub rub! I'm not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination, but I bought this product to alleviate "chub rub" between my thighs during the hot summer months
5/5

I've tried other deodorant-like products before, but they didn't seem to make much of a difference. This is the most amazing product I've ever used! Last month, I wore it under my wedding gown in the scorching Texas heat, and it worked wonders to keep me cool! Definitely a good investment!.

Slippin' and Slidin' are two words that come to mind when I think of slippin' and sliding
5/5

The best anti-chafe cream on the market. It's a breeze to apply thanks to the spray (you only need a small amount). I prefer it to the Body stick because it lasts longer in my opinion. There will be no stains on your clothing. The only disadvantage is that if you're a trail runner or something similar and want to apply in public before running, it's not as easy as it is with a stick to be discreet. Also, it's worth noting that this is essentially silicone lube, but it works wonderfully! br>br>I use it before going for a run (both on the trail and on the road) or working out. I've never had a problem with it drying out after a long run, and I only use chamois cream on the bike. br>br>Another tip - If you're going to keep this in your gym bag, zip it up so you don't forget to twist lock it.

Some people find it useful
3/5

Chafing on the tops of my thighs under the leg grippers of my bibs occurs frequently when cycling longer distances (40 miles) in hot and humid weather. It has the appearance of a friction or heat rash, itches a little, and lasts a day or two. It isn't a major issue, but it is inconvenient. In addition to Tri-SBR, there is SBR by SBR by SBR by SBR by S I've used Bodyglide, Gold Bond Friction Defense, and Mission Athletecare when it comes to sliding. None of them are particularly effective in solving my problem, but Tri- The slide did assist in some ways. It has the consistency of water and requires a lot of application, so that, combined with the fact that it is costly, makes me hesitant to recommend it.
