Is this going to work with the lc9S?

That's correct. They were purchased from Amazon and are used on my LC9s.

I need an extendor that fits my hand, and is there a magazine for the LC9 that is longer?

Ruger does, in fact, offer a 9-rounder. It's about a third of an inch longer than a standard 7 round. Despite the fact that I use this extender with my 7-round mags. Gives your pinkie a nice perch, which helps a lot.

Ruger claims that it is compatible with the lcp. What makes you think it doesn't belong here?

I'm not sure if there's a difference between the LCP and the LC9, but the one I bought fit my LC9 perfectly. 380 vs. 9mm

Allows me to grip my LC9 with a better grip. Hogue Rubber Handall Jr. was added to the mix. The combination of the Small Size Grip and the magazine extension for the lower finger has resulted in a very comfortable compact pistol to shoot. It wasn't bad to begin with, but the addition of these mods, as well as some internal components, result in significant improvements.

It's easy to set up

For my Ruger, I've got four mags. The bottoms of the stock mags are rounded, but I have large hands. This extension provides a resting place for my little finger. It makes concealment a little more difficult, but it also helps control recoil. I also use a Hogue grip cover made of rubber.
