Thank you for your interest in lace-ups.
Are you familiar with Sketchers? Never! They're known for being squishy and soft. They have a high arch and are extremely comfortable. However, for added support, lace them up tightly. The uppers are a little stretchy, but they're still super cool.
These are my favorite shoes because they are light and comfortable. a pleasant experience After a walk, my feet do not hurt.
Extremely light and cozy

This is completely incorrect; these are PERFECTLY FITTING! br>I have flat feet as well. I've had orthotics for years because I don't have an arch. There will be NO ORTHOTICS with these! I am walking without any knee or heel pain for the first time in years. br>Folks, take a deep breath. For me, this is an excellent shoe.
When I first put these on, I was impressed by the arch support; they were very cushy, which was nice at first. I have plantar fasciitis, so I was looking forward to a sneaker with arch support. After wearing them all day, my plantar fasciitis felt a little worse, but my foot also hurt in other places, and my ankles hurt. My feet and ankles were sore the next morning. Because they're so soft, they're shaky, which is why my ankle hurts and my foot sank so far into them that it hurt other joints in my feet. They are also slick due to the lack of rubber treads. I've never seen a sneaker in which you simply step on the foam. Also, unlike other sneakers, they do not have a lock loop at the top, so the pressure on the top of my foot is tight, limiting blood flow to my toes. These have a lot of potential, but they need a lot of work. They're not worth the money they're asking for them as is.
First and foremost, I was ecstatic because these shoes had received rave reviews! I developed worse pain in my arches after breaking them in, my toes became numb, and I developed three blisters on one foot. All of this happened during my first 5-mile walk in them (after they'd been broken in). ) I have very narrow feet, and these are extremely tight in the toe area, but no matter how tight the laces are, my heels continue to slip out, which is extremely uncomfortable. I have to adjust the laces all the time because if they're too tight, they kill my feet, and if I loosen them just a smidgeon, they're too loose and my foot slides around. I really wanted to like these shoes, but for the price and the amount of discomfort they caused, I'm disappointed. I adore Skechers, but this was not the shoe for me. I'm now $80 in debt and still looking for a comfortable pair of shoes.
I was ecstatic to finally find a comfortable, supportive, and soft shoe that fit! I have another sketcher sneaker that works, but it isn't as supportive as this one, which has excellent arch support. I can stand or walk for hours without my feet or back becoming tired, which is a huge plus for me. They are a little pricey, but they are worth it because they are less expensive than others. On the foot, they have a nice, clean, stylish look. It's not at all clumsy. The black with white sole was the one I chose. The only caution I have is that they are slick on my vinyl plank flooring. While I waited for them to break in and become less slippery, I applied adhesive tape to the ball of my foot. I believe they should correct the problem, but they are very comfortable with it, so I'm working with them and keeping them.
I walk for exercise at least three hours a week, usually five, and I bought these in May. My knees and feet started hurting in September. I bought this pair to replace them, and when I compared the bottoms of both, I was shocked at how worn out my old pair was! These shoes provide me with the support I require to walk for exercise while also being able to walk in everyday life!.
These are without a doubt the most comfortable and well-fitting walking shoes I've ever owned. I bought two pairs because I liked them so much. I'm a senior citizen, and these have helped me walk more easily.
Walking on hard surfaces hurts my lower back, so I bought these shoes for that purpose. I've walked about 5 miles so far, and the walking hasn't hurt my back.
These Skechers Arch Fit have only been on my feet for three months. They don't get much use or abuse because I'm elderly. My right shoe began to irritate my heel while I was out walking the other day. The lining was falling apart, and the plastic beneath it was poking through. My brand new sock was even getting messed up by it. I overpaid for these shoes because of the arch support, and while they were comfortable and effective in that regard, I can no longer wear them.
