Penn Pressureless Tennis Balls - Non-Pressurized Training / Practice Tennis Balls

People usually purchase this bucket because they are tennis players. I do not. Playing ball is one of my German Shepherd's favorite pastimes. Despite this, she frequently breaks them or discards them in the vast field adjacent to our home. The bucket is almost a year old and still more than half full, so it was a great investment.

I've been using Tretorn Micro X balls for a long time and decided to try these Penn balls. After a month of use, I've come to the conclusion that the Tretorn balls are superior. These Penn balls are the same weight as a regulation ball but have a heavier feel when struck. In addition, they deflect more under pressure than a standard ball. They behave the same way as Tretorn balls in a ball machine. When you hit these balls, they make a loud and satisfying "crack," giving the impression that your shot is stronger than it is. This could be enjoyable for children. When compared to the Treetorn balls, I believe they appear less natural when served. Other reviews mention the visible seams on these Penn balls, which I believe are present but do not affect play. I'm going to go back to the Tretorn balls, but they're not available on Amazon anymore.

We've got a college-aged kid here. a club player of a certain age and a high school player Every year, we buy these Penn Pressureless balls for them, and they've held up well in the Arizona heat on hard courts. They don't have the same bounce as pressurized balls, but they're close enough, and I'd rather not spend hundreds of dollars on pressurized balls every year when our children aren't professionals. This is the way to go if you're looking for a long-lasting practice ball that the average player can use with ease.

The balls had been used after the bucket I received had been opened. The missing plastic "tear here" band was discovered first, followed by grass in the bucket's bottom. Needless to say, I did not anticipate receiving a used item.

For practice balls, this is a great price!
Cons: Low- Tennis ball quality controlbr>br>I've purchased four tennis balls and can speak to the quality control. Although one of the 12 ball batches I ordered appeared to be brand new, each ball was compressed. The balls had a very low bounce and were definitely flat. I went to Big 5 and ordered something else from Amazon, and the results were completely different. My other two purchases both came with tennis balls that were pressurized to the point where they bounced like a "just opened new can. " br>br>Definitely give them a good squeeze or perform a bounce test. My entire 12-ball bag was under-inflated in my case. The bounce on the other purchases was better, but not all of them were at the same level of inflation.

These are what my wife and I use to feed each other balls for drills and practice serves. Because they jar your arm more than a regular ball, you should keep the amount of time you spend hitting them to a minimum. However, we purchased these last season, stored them in a hopper in the garage for the winter, and then used them again this season with no problems. I don't expect them to last forever, but it's fine with me if we have to buy a new bucket every few years.

These are acceptable. However, the quality of the balls varies. I've noticed a few things after using them for a month: br>br>1) Some balls bounce better than othersbr>2) The balls appear to be a little heavier than regulationbr>3) None of these balls bounce like a regulation pressurized ball. br>br>However, they are a good value for the money. They also make fantastic dog toys, such as: ) My golden doodle is a big fan of the outfits we get her.

My dog enjoys playing ball, but she can destroy a ball in under 15 minutes. I was tired of buying single balls and decided to branch out and buy a package of tennis balls on a whim, since all of the dog balls I had purchased had broken within 15 minutes. I've had this pack for a few months now, and my dog hasn't broken or chewed through any of them. They're fantastic, and I'll be buying more!.
