Questions & Answers

What is the purpose of this device? Does it serve only as a transporter for ball transport or can it also be used to collect ball?

As well as collecting balls on the court by flipping up the legs, the set is used for catching them with. After hitting the basket, you simply press down on the ball to pick it up. As the ball is pushed into the basket, the basket is reached. The one he has really appeals to my son.

Are you satisfied with the quality of this basket?

My partner and I play on Hartru courts at both places all the time, and thus I own four. The 70 balls with a pair are retrieved more quickly than they would be if we were practicing against a ball machine. Clay machines are known for their extreme lightness, and because they are clay, they constantly undergo end banking to cause lessons to be transferred to the interior of the machine. The Goodwill Foundation has received our steel retrievers. In my experience hitting balls 4 or more days a week, I would say they are sturdy and strong if constructed properly. Due to its light weight and grooved housings, it provides more flexibility than steel when used in a standing position. We will replace any broken items as soon as possible if any of us break one.

Is this able to hold the slightly larger Wilson starter tennis balls (red/yellow tennis balls ?

Although it can hold less than 80 regular size balls, it would hold less than 80 balls in total.

This should work to pick up pitching machine baseballs, since they are softer and have a bit of give ?

My gut instinct is to say no, but I'm not certain. Quite a bit of pressure is applied to the tennis balls to make them As a pitching machine baseball, it would be larger and have less give than a tennis ball does.

The assembly video and review of the instructions
4/5

In a nutshell, The instruction assembly video that I attached to this review was just received with this Ballport. Although the instructions are not the best, it looks like a really fantastic product after being somewhat challenging to put together. The lightweight nature of this product appeals to me. This toy allows you to easily access the balls collected since the top bars slide down and you can pick up balls from either side. Despite my desire to give it 5 stars, I instead wish to use it for a while before deciding to rate it. There is a little flimsiness to it. It seems like the plastic parts bolted together may wear off pretty quickly. Only time will tell though. Next time I update this review, I'll make sure to clarify my thoughts. For those of you who cannot view the video, here is a brief overview of assembly. This is 1. Connect the three and 1/2 side pieces together using snaps One corner of the paper should remain As they snap together, you will hear a snapping sound. 1. 2. To add bars, follow these steps Two bars will go in two holes beneath the bottom hole and two bars will go in two groves above the top hole. 2.
The last corner should be snapped Item 4. Complete the installation by tightening all screws. did not apply enough pressure to the screws, but I do not consider this piece in any way This is *br. 5. The legs are added as follows Into the corresponding hole on the side panels, insert legs. Last plastic piece needs to be inserted and screwed into place for the legs to be secure A small trapezoid-like shape appears to be made of it. The sixth point. Ensure that all bolts are tight.

As soon as I opened it, I didn't think I would like it because it seemed cheap
5/5

As soon as I opened the package, I was not sure if I would like it because it looked cheap and flimsy. A total of five of these were bought, which were donated to the tennis program at This is why they love them so much. The following points need to be taken into account. In the first place, if you are tall like me (I'm 6'5" high) then you might find the height of this unit to be problematic when open In order to get the balls out of the hopper when it is full and open, I have to bend over. I can wear it standing, and therefore it is well below my waist and hips when I am seated. A little under 30" tall, according to my measurement. The same issue arises when I have to bend over too far to pick up the balls. The strain on the back is too much for me. That being said, I didn't get it for myself, as I got it for my son. They are high school students. The metal Wilson type hoppers are not as popular with the people as these hoppers. Lighter and better suited to that age group, the shoes are smaller, too. When I watch my daughter use it, I am impressed because it certainly makes her life easier. Although I prefer the height of the Wilson classic metal unit, I recommend it to anyone looking for a youth hammock. If you open it and take it out of the box, you're probably thinking, it's just cheap junk. But if you combine it with something else, it makes for a very satisfying experience.

The truth in a review
5/5

In the five years since I purchased this carrier, I have used it at least ten times. Amazon has a great price on this book. I don't think you can find a better deal anywhere else. I read that the two main concerns were the lack of instructions on how to construct it and what the capacity of the ball stand is. My time to assemble it was around 15 minutes I think the instructions could be better, but even looking at the box you can figure it out. In addition to holding 80 balls, the carrier can now carry 100 Each one can be hand-placed in its own carrier if you do it this way The number of applications it holds within the real world is I like how it fits well in my car, is sturdy, lightweight, and easily picks up balls. The product is excellent.

There is no issue with the ball hopper There are some caviats as well
4/5

A mech is someone who manipulates mechanical devices. Mechanic, likes to work on cars, and likes to put things together and take things apart. Those of you who are not mechanically inclined might have lots of difficulty putting together this hopper with just the one small sheet of instructions they provide. After assembling it pretty quickly, I found the two sliding bars at the top which lock the balls in place are the most challenging to operate if you store the hopper vertically, like in the trunk of a Despite the resistance, the sliding action well keeps the balls from falling out, but I think it would be nice if the action were smoother. being said, the hopper does a great job of picking up balls on the court. To pick up balls or raise the box for hitting, you will have to figure out a way to move the legs up and down that is convenient for you. In addition to what others have said, the volume of the box actually does NOT hold as many balls as promised. As long as I can handle 30 balls at a time, I should be fine. Currently I am giving 5 stars. I appreciate it!.

The bowling ball case is shorter than usual and only holds 67 balls, at most 80
3/5

There is no tennis ball case here. My ball count for each is 67, and that is just barely fitting When configured to reach in and feed balls, the arm is also a little shorter. The top of the stool is 30 inches high, and the bottom is 18. With the handles locked down, the height is 30. The same amount of space as 5 inch. A tip of my fingers measures 26 and I am 50. I am 5' 7" and weigh 160 lbs. I have to bend over equivalent to 8 inches to grab the balls on the bottom of the pool because they are 5 in off the ground. My back hurts from that task, so I now just leave the balls on the bottom so I only have to bend over four It has a 40-inch height with a 28-inch bottom clearance and so I like it better. That's why it is a 1 star. I have an old Head ball hooper with a 40-inch height and a 28-inch clearance that I prefer. Because the old one only held 61 balls, I bought this one to replace it. It was quite straightforward to put it together, and it took no time at all. I give you 5 stars for this. I have only owned it for two days, so I cannot speak to its durability. The ball hopper will stay with me, except now my kids are using it, so I have gone back to my old 20-year-old model. It will be great if I can find another ball hopper that is taller.
