There is a problem with the legs' locking mechanism
3/5

Despite the fact that the design of this device is very simple, the leg locks aren't thick enough to prevent the legs from spreading apart and collapsing. Leg locks made of plastic need a diameter of at least 1/8" for the locking to be effective. It could be possible to purchase thicker plastic tubing from a hardware store in order to make the locking work more reliably, but I would not be inclined to do that for a brand new item. We suggest people do not order this product, as the locking design simply does not work properly.

I give you my honest Real Review of the Hi-Def The rise is 75 points
3/5

ASKED TO HOLD 75 BALLS, BUT DOESN'T! The hopper is great, but is a 65 ball. We bought a Hi-Def camera Rather than my Pro Plus 110 (both Gamma), I selected the Rise 75, because I needed a basket large enough to hold a case (24 dozen/72 balls) of balls without the size and weight of the 110 (which I have As I added the Gamma Ez-Connect feature to my previous 110, it has proven to be sturdy and flawless There are 2 sets of wheels. on it) and a Wilson 75 ball hopper (filled with old balls to serve with), and have rolled them to and from the court for five years with no problems. It was convenient that I could fully remove the lid (every use) so it would not flap around. However, I also liked that when installed, it could be parked on its side in the trunk and the balls would never fall With a little more power and more top spin, I am no longer able to get as much time out of my machine balls. In order to avoid buying and using 1, we will use 2. A total of 5 Microbes were found I've decided to use a case of 72 Xs ($145/72/ $2 a ball) every 4 months instead of buying a case of 72 every 4 months. My $20 Wilson 75's leg bent within a few months after it was made from thinner, cheaper metal, so I decided to switch to the proven Gamma brand. I immediately realized it was smaller than the Wilson when I reached Rise 75. As a result, I decided to test if it would at least hold up in Micro's case According to my suspicion, the Hi-Fi system is working as expected I was barely able to fit 65 balls when the lid was I found that even if I tried fitting 70 balls (as in the picture), the balls would start to pop out of the sides and open the lid. When you have to store the basket of balls in your trunk on its side, you do not want that to happen! Then it is back to Amazon. What made me still give it three stars is this. I like the fact that I can still remove the lid from the hopper, even though it is heavier than the Wilson hopper. Furthermore, the hopper is more durable, stronger, and better built than its Wilson counterpart. The retaining wires can simply be pushed closer with pliers if this is an issue (I do the opposite to make daily removal easier). Those wheels on the bottom of the hopper ease slight movements when it is flat on the ground, but can be removed (or not) if you want to add a pair (in my case two pairs) of wheels to allow it to roll around when it is In addition, I like that the legs use friction instead of actual clips to stand the basket up, unlike the Wilson baskets, which use little hooks that get caught on things and have to be clipped individually. If you have just finished serving, one hand is still holding your racket, and the other is collapse the basket, then it is very frustrating. I've never had a problem with a ball hopper standing or staying upright while in use (I don't even clip all of the legs of the Wilson, just one on one side). And finally, there is a sticker with the name that is poorly made and cheap. So, yes, I used Goof-Off Take it off and remove it (I did this on my 110 and 50 (yes, I also have a 50)). You can see my old 110 with the wheels in the included picture, centered is the Hi-Lux With 75 balls and no lid, it will rise 75 feet. A Wilson 75 tennis racket with 70+ tennis balls and closed lid can be seen on the right. The little hooks that hold the legs in place on the bottom of the Wilson can be seen if you look closely. The zip ties I use to keep the legs in place are also visible in this picture. In order to make the 110 more permanent, I changed the zip ties on the 110 from zip ties to safety wire. Therefore, zip ties on the back leg are missing as of today.

The first time I used this product, I was blown away by it
3/5

The first time I used this product, I was blown away by it. I like how the size is perfect so you don't need to hold your arm out to avoid contacting your leg when picking up the ball. In spite of these efforts, after a few months of normal use every few days, the handles separated, and now I am faced with the daunting task of soldering, welding, gluing, or wiring It is the same product my friend is using and it has the same It is necessary for the manufacturer to come up with a way to weld the two sides, then add the plastic tube over it for the handle, since what they are doing now will not do.

The construction of the product is shoddy, and it bends and breaks The product was not worth the money
3/5

The construction and materials are of poor quality. My first attempt to use the hopper ended in a breakage. In the cross-section, the weld- There was a failure on one of the legs of the hopper, which rendered it inoperable. In light of the fact that I live in Canada and ordered the product from the US (not wanting the bother), I chose to repair the item rather than return it. In the end, I wrapped the join in wire and used a 2-inch circular drill bit We'll coat it in epoxy to make it as tough as nails. In order for the leg to remain in place when out of position, I had to reshape it. However, it is still functional now that it looks ugly. It is also flimsy in the bottom (the rolling rods allow balls to pop into the basket if they are not secured). Every time I use the hopper, I have to manually straighten them at least one time after they bend out of shape, allowing balls to fall back out once again.
I bought this as my first hopper, so I can't compare it to anything else, but I have no expectations and I would not purchase this product.

a very basic description of the event. In order for the "legs" to remain in place, the plastic rolls holding them in place must be large enough to lock them in place. Were I not to roll them up with duct tape to hold them that tight, the basket would collapse.

75 balls cannot be held My score is 75, but my balance isn't
4/5

My search ended here because this product was worth the price and I got it exactly how I had hoped. As a practicing player, if I tried serving 75 balls in a row, I would probably be on ice for several hours. However, it is light enough that I can pick up 50 balls easily and the legs lock into place so that I am not having Additionally, you get With the locking legs, you will not have to bend over. It comes with extra locking plastic tubes in the event that the original ones Installation is easy, and the lid of the basket locks into place so I can store it with all the balled up balls on its side in the The cons are
When your tennis balls lose pressure and become old they will squeeze out of the side and bottom as more balls pile up on top of each other. There may be a problem with the basket, but I am unsure.

I love this product
5/5

It meets my needs and looks great. When you choose the stainless steel model, no color, you get it for roughly half of the original price! This item is easy to assemble The instructions should be carefully read. Picking up the balls is quick and easy, and it can be easily carried I really like this purchase. It looks very.

It falls over and the handles fall off, resulting in it dropping in the trash
3/5

This gamma ball hopper has barely been with us for two months and will soon be being thrown away. In addition to falling apart, it also spills over and causes more trouble than it is In place of these, we bought three Tourna Ballport Pro 50 Ball Tennis Hoppers, which are very solid and enable us to have one hopper for each type of ball we play with It is red, orange, and green with no issues. It would be nice if it was still an option to return the gamma hopper.
