Our item was purchased on 2/11/19, which meant we just missed the deadline. Amazon allows 1 month for returns and we just missed our deadline.

I am pleased with the price of this A DiMarini was stolen from my daughter, and I had to replace it. There is no difference in weight between this Xeno and that one. Nevertheless, she has better results with this Xeno. Her Xeno was much smaller, so we went up a size and got a We went so heavy that her swing slowed down to such an extent that it was noticeable. She lost speed when she left the Xeno, but regained it after returning. The DiMarini never yielded a home run to her.

Having been a parent in the fast pitch softball arena for over 19 years, I have a wealth of experience. I bought this bat for my 15 year old daughter, but she broke it in her first tournament since when she was 15. Louisville Slugger dropped the ball on this model, based on what I am reading from others who had a break on this bat. She's swinging a Xeno now for 3 years, and I'm thinking about not giving her one.

Within the first couple of times we used our first bat, it cracked. In exchange for a replacement, it was returned to us. There was no sign of the replacement bat. It took us 2 weeks to complain for a third bat to be delivered. I used it in 5 games and all the weights inside came loose, so it became garbage. There will be no more purchases of this bat. We are working with Louisville Slugger to upgrade or credit your account.

Six months after it has been used normally, this bat broke in half. We have purchased other Louisville fast pitch bats without having any issues. We are currently submitting warranty claims to determine if we will be able to receive a replacement.

We bought the bat for my daughter as a Christmas present. Inside already broke, so I only used it to prepare for HS ball and a half-season with my teammates. Though the album has broken, it had a nice, poppier sound before it broke.

Although I paid a lot for such a bat, its pop doesn't seem to be as strong as I expected. Compared to the 2019 model bat, my daughter's 2016 and 2018 bats have way more pop to them. It is a bat that I would not purchase.
