It's a lot of fun to surf the internet with this site. It helps with ball control and reflexes. It's even possible to use it to practice goalkeeper reactions. It was simple to put together and use. The net appears to be strong and long-lasting.
The larger one is a lot quicker and easier to set up. The poles flex, making it much easier to attach the net. Setting up takes only a quarter of the time and effort. I really like this product, and while the net isn't turned on in my photo, it does give you a better view of the few pieces that need to be put together! PodiuMax provides the best customer service I've ever encountered. When it arrived, one of the poles was missing, so they quickly sent us a new one (with expedited shipping)!.
This is something I would recommend to younger players. This was purchased to assist my 8 and 9-year-old boys in improving their "touch. " "I would recommend getting a larger, more expensive model if your children are older than early elementary (6U players). " As you get further away from it, this becomes less effective. This does not translate well to the actual game of soccer, as passes are made at higher speeds and over longer distances than this model is designed to replicate. It deserves three and a half stars because it will benefit younger players and is well-constructed.
To get a return, you must kick incredibly hard. My son is 14 years old and I am a fully grown adult. To get it to bounce back 4 feet, you'll need a lot of force. Also, getting it to bounce up for a volley or header is a great idea. It's over.
However, one pole was missing, and customer service was wonderful in sending out a replacement after I verified my purchase and the missing piece. Customer service was courteous and professional, and the missing pole arrived quickly. It's a solid piece of equipment!.
It takes a few minutes to figure out how to put it together (there are no instructions) and then another few minutes to put it together. The ground stakes are a little light, but the construction is solid and the ball bounces back nicely. As a result, if you kick the ball hard enough, the rebounder will move a little. Because portability also means small, your kicks must be precise, or you must be close enough (a few yards at most) to get fun rebound action. It's best for playing in the backyard, but it'll do for field practice drills as well.
It's simple to set up and durable enough for kids of all ages. It's simple to set up and take down for transport to the field, and it appears to be durable.
It's incredibly sturdy and hasn't blown over in the windy conditions we've encountered thus far. The disadvantage is that it will only return the ball if it is kicked directly into the rebounder's center. We have had a lot of fun with it and would recommend it to any beginner soccer player looking for a way to practice alone.
