Questions & Answers
Yes, the handle locks in place, allowing you to jump while holding on to it. Moving it from an angled to a horizontal position is relatively simple.
I've had no problems with this device in the past two years. I'm not sure where you'd look for a new spring. I purchased it brand new and have no plans to replace it. br>Product of exceptional quality.
We've only used the trampoline as a "spring-board" so far. Weighted balls are placed on a "board." br>A maximum of 20 lbs. should be carried.
Medicine balls can only be rebounded with this device. For a trampoline, it appears to be too small.

At my physical therapist's office (rehab for a broken arm bone at the wrist), I was using a model that was similar to this one. I am a hard worker. ups on this, and a one-two-three-four-four-four-four-four-four-four Off of it, pound a medicine ball. The large upright handle is the only part that needs to be installed once it arrives. The most difficult part is installing the screws. I recommend using a rachet wrench instead of the hand-held rachets provided by the manufacturer if you have one large enough. For you, things will move more quickly. Aside from that, the rebounder is a solid piece of equipment. When I bounce the ball off of it, it makes a little noise, but it's not a major issue.
Because it isn't heavy enough, it slides across the floor, as described by others. As a result, it'll have to be backed up against a wall or something similar. The most vexing feature is that it is extremely loud, even when using a rubber mat and a doubled wool Persian rug. This isn't the same as the one at the gym or the Physical Therapy facility. Except for the plastic knob that controls the angle, it's entirely made of metal. The plastic knob was also broken when it arrived (there was no visible packing to protect it). I can't return because it's too heavy. Even though it still works with the broken part, I would buy a different brand (and spend a little more money) if I had to do it all over again. It's a good price, but it's not worth it because every bounce is so loud.
Using medicine balls to loosen and strengthen the shoulders after two rotator cuff surgeries has proven to be extremely effective. The only drawback is that it moves around a little when throwing the heavier medicine balls, but that was easily fixed with a couple of tent pegs.
This unit has performed admirably for months and can be left outside in the rain, though I store it standing up so that the water drains away. br>br>However, if you're using the unit with 6 or 20 pound medicine balls, you'll need to anchor it to prevent it from making a lot of noise and dancing around. It bounces back less effectively when it dances around. br>br>At the local hardware store, I purchased four 18" screw auger anchors, one for each corner, and firmly anchored the unit to the lawn. This made it very quiet, and the ball now returns with nearly all of the energy you used to throw it. This is a great way to get in some exercise. If you throw the ball as hard as you can from above, it will return at the same speed and on the same trajectory. Trying to catch that will keep you on your toes and working. When you use it with heavy balls, trying to "anchor" it in place by putting heavy weights on it just doesn't work. The 6-pound ball is excessive. The 20-pound ball is excessively heavy. br>br>Another option is to bolt the unit to a solid concrete surface with proper anchors.
ball! It's a little noisy, and you'll need to weigh it down by placing it against something; I used rocks! So far, I have no regrets about purchasing this; I'm just glad I got it on sale! It's not even close to being worth $300!.
This trampoline is great for my 2 and 5 pound medicine balls; I haven't tried an 8 pound yet. I deducted two stars because mine arrived with the angle adjustment knob completely broken off; while changing the angle without it is not impossible, it is extremely difficult.
I'm not a fan. T bar was missing when it arrived, but it was eventually found and replaced. I agree with the other professionals on this point. br>Not of the same caliber as what you'd find in a rehabilitation center.
We had to drill the holes in the handle larger when it arrived (I needed assistance due to my injury). It was the part that could go up and down in height. They were simply too small when they left the factory. We also needed to go to the hardware store to get bolts for the bottom two mound points, which were not included in the factory kit. The pre-existing condition of the pre-existing condition of the pre-existing The trampoline section and frame, as well as the assembled components, were excellent; However, the person who should have double-checked the quality of the assembly must have been on vacation when my unit was built and shipped! br>br>However, once it was assembled and operational, this rebounder performed admirably and assisted in the recovery of my arm's function. When using medicine balls, keep in mind that you'll need a non-slip mat and that the more weight you can keep in the ball storage tray, the better. If not, every time a ball bounces off it, it will tend to move about an inch. If you use it in an area without cement floors, even on padded carpet, it will make a lot of noise because it causes the floors to shake, just like if someone stomped their feet. The rebounder unit is not to blame; There are many forces at work in order to bounce that heavy ball back! It's much better to use it on a cement floor. br>br>I used it on carpet with someone standing on the back of the unit to keep it from moving around. Yes, it moved on carpet even with an adult man standing on the back of it, and it would have to be "re-done. " aimed" after a 20-year period With an 8-pound ball, I managed to grab 30 rebounds. It stayed in place once I moved it to a cement area and propped it up against a solid wall. br>br> It also bounced back with a lot more force than before. I was able to do a variety of exercises with this rebounder because I could change the angle. This product wasn't perfect, but it ultimately performed as well as any other device of its kind, and it's because of that that I'm able to write this review.
