Questions & Answers
Yes, on both sides of each foot, there are ankle protection pieces.
It is unlikely that it would harm them, but it would be bad for your washer and dryer. Even when they're really dirty, I usually wash them by hand. It's possible that you'll need to soak or brush the tie before letting it dry naturally.
Small, medium, and large fit perfectly for me at 5'11".

I was prepared to order the next size up because it appeared to be too small. According to other reviews, the s/m size fits 10-year-old children. I decided to give them a try, and as you can see in the photos in the side by side comparison, the newer shin guard sits higher on her shin because the ankle guard is longer, allowing the shin guard to sit higher and cover more area. The shin guard has a stiff backing that is covered in cloth, and the ankle guard is well padded. Because my daughter is taller and weighs more than the other girls on her soccer team, the S/M size fits her perfectly. She is 5' tall and weighs 124 pounds. I returned a few more shin guards because they were the same size as the ones she started with when she was six years old. I hope this review is useful to someone else because I had no idea what I was doing.
Because I am a tall man, finding a pair of shinguards that protect my shins comfortably has been difficult. This is sufficient. I tried six other brands and none of them were successful.
These were purchased for my 8-year-old daughter, who stands at only 4' 2". Because his legs aren't particularly thin, it's difficult to fit him with shin guards. I was worried that these would be too long on his shins because the height is listed as starting at 5', and they do press against his knees a little, but it's not bad, and he says they're comfortable despite the length. Unlike the hard plastic ones sold in stores like Target and Walmart, they fit sturdy child calves.
These are extremely light, and I am able to play well in them. The only issue I have with them is that I believe they are a little short; I've been kicked just above where the shinguard ends a couple of times. It would be ideal if it were a few inches longer. But, in general, I'm happy.
These are fantastic. I'd never played soccer before, and as a first-time adult player, I was hesitant to purchase anything without first trying it on. These, on the other hand, are the best; I adore how they feel and fit.
Flexible and unbelievably comfortable, these shin guards are a must-have item. My son is a soccer player, and he has only recently used them. He scored four goals and claimed that it was due to the shin guards (which is highly unlikely). The point is that he's worn a lot of shin guards, and these are by far the best he's ever had! They far surpassed our expectations! I would strongly suggest it!.
" It's very comfortable, and it has a great vibe to it!.
When I'm on my ladders, I bought these to keep my legs from getting scraped. I'm 6'4 and the tag says 6'2 to 6'5, but they don't come up high enough on my legs to protect me from the ladder if I wear them like they're supposed to. It's probably my fault because I'm not using them for what they were designed for. If I only use the elastic on the top and let the bottom hang loose, they do protect my shins.
