Questions & Answers
Yes. I used to be a college cheerleader, and I always wore Tiger Paws because they helped with wrist stability while stunting and basing.
I'm not sure, but they're used for gymnastics tumbling by my daughter. Wrists are well supported, and pain is reduced.
I'm not sure if there is a weight associated with the size. I believe that if it fits, you are set.

Tiger Paw is the "it" wrist guard for gymnasts, and it does exactly what it says on the tin - it protects the wrist. The issue is that I chose this Tiger Paw over the others on Amazon because I wanted the color pictured - The color was beige sand, as evidenced by customer reviewer photos. Like the other listings, my order arrived in a yellow Sand color. Colors are disappointing.
These are a big hit with my daughter. I was even given a hug for purchasing them.
My daughter is a cheerleader for her high school team. When my daughter was recovering from a growth plate injury in her wrist, she used these for a while and found them to be very supportive.
It was exactly what I was looking for. The only reason I put three is because they are still at first until they mold to the wrist.
After her injury, she was able to resume gymnastics because it provides her with the necessary support.
My 10-year-old has a ganglion cyst in her wrist, and this relieved a lot of her pain. She's back in action and flipping all over the place as long as her tiger paws are on her!.
We bought these after my daughter complained of a sore wrist. She noticed a significant difference after just one use. Her gymnastics coach stated that her vaults and floor work were stronger. I think you should get these.
They're a great value and they're a perfect fit.
