Questions & Answers
If you notice that the hammer or weight is resting on your left shoulder, you should purchase a left-handed hammer.
My hand, on the other hand, is thin and has long fingers. As a result, I was given a medium size. However, I've previously purchased a large and found that the velcro allows you to comfortably tighten the garment as a woman.
Yes, I purchased one for my Granddaughter, and right-handed people wear the glove on their left hand. She was fond of the glove.
Selected User Reviews For Gill Athletics Hammer Glove
The stiffness of leather is excessive. The glove has an iron (rather than leather) feel to it. In addition, the thumb hole is inadequate. I've owned similar gloves before, and this is a poor replacement. Finally, at this price, you'd expect a superior product rather than one that is unusable.
Love it. It takes a while to break in gloves because they are stiff at first. I will say that the velcro is starting to come undone, so I've had to use tape to keep it strapped, but I don't know, I think it makes the glove look more worn in lol.
This glove is as stiff as a board and of poor quality. It's so stiff that I can't even cross my right hand over my left to soften it, as one user put it.
My friend bought a VS glove for less and it is 100% better constructed and softer material.
It's a great glove, and it's the only one we use in practice; it's a little difficult to get used to at first, but that's to be expected with leather. It's a pretty reliable glove after it's been broken in, and it helps me achieve my weight-throwing PRs!.
Although the glove is good, the size is incorrect. I grew large, but my fingers were too long to fit into the glove.
This is fantastic.
