This weight plate holder is made of heavy-duty steel formed into a heavy-duty 12-gauge frame to endure the toughest workouts. It fits Olympic plates for resistance and strength training – it is 18"

This sled is designed to carry bumper plates, so will they fit?

In conjunction with the Valor Fitness Agility Sled, bumper plates can be used. An example of bumper plates in use can be seen in the gallery images where the exerciser is pushing the sled from behind. It must be remembered that bumper plates are generally much thicker than traditional Olympic plates, so the number of plates that can be placed on the vertical post will be restricted.

The empty sled needs to be pushed how much does it weigh?

There are three types of sleds available. This is the ES-M The SS is the smaller black sled in this picture, while the ES-E is the larger model As you can see, the red sled pictured is the Sled, and the ES-480 is the Escalade Currently, there are no stocks of the larger black sled shown in the image (SW).

I think this is a good quality There are only a few components included in the harness and strap

I received it in a timely manner. I would say this is a quality Three screws held together with a 13mm nut were all that was required to assemble it. *Hopefully* we'll be able to get it to hold I was able to fit a 45-pound Olympic plate snugly over the post.

The harness included seems to be of Despite the fact that they are welded together, the hooks on the pull end of the sled appear firmly welded to the sled. As a part of my preparation for the ACFT, I would like to attach my TRX to this and practice the sled pull. To tighten the included strap, I wrapped it several times around the carabiners that came with the sled. Afterward, I attached two carabiners that came with the sled to welded "hooks. " As soon as the TRX is on the strap, I will attach it. It seems solid and appears to hold up well. I may buy a moving type strap to connect.

Overall, it looks solid and tough.

I was amazed with how fast the shipping arrived and how easy it was The highest possible Build with quality materials that are durable. This is a great product for grass slides. It has nice wide foot pads for a smooth surface. No matter if you're pulling or pushing, the harness works great. For those who want to exercise at home, this is an excellent alternative.

This is a sled that I rate 10 out of 10. It is very solid and of On carpet and grass it is great, but I wouldn't use it This type of pulley is best suited for pulling, dragging, weighted sprints, and hand to hand pulls, but it is not designed As is, the harness you get with it works well to get In the future, I plan on upgrading the harness since it is not the most comfortable. All in all, I highly recommend this sled as it exceeded all my expectations.

I do not like Covid because it has been difficult to train my son since then

This spring, we bought it, and we have been using it for over 6 months without any issues. I recommend you purchase locking hooks to prevent it from falling off the wall.

This is a very well-built product. The cost is a lot less than some common brands and it is just as high Various surfaces (including grass, hard surfaces, and concrete) are easily slid.
