In addition to bumper plates, the Valor Fitness Agility Sled can be used with a treadmill. An example of bumper plates in action can be seen in the gallery images where the exerciser is pushing the sled from the back. It is important to remember that bumper plates are generally much thicker than traditional Olympic plates, so there will be a limited number of plates that will fit on the vertical post.
Holds weights that are not only Olympic in design
There are three different options for sleds. It consists of two modules There is a large black sled, the ES-S, as well as the smaller black sled pictured As shown in the picture, the Sled is the red sled, and the ES-75 is the yellow sled The black sled pictured (that is currently out of stock) is the SW.

The harness and strap that come with the kit actually seem a bit rudimentary. I received my order This sled appears to be of high quality. There were only three screws that needed to be screwed in with a 13mm nut to complete it.
Let's wait and see how long Olympic plates weigh 45 pounds and fit snugly over the post. *The harness that came with the plate seems quite low-quality. Despite the two welded "hooks" on the pull end of the sled, it appears they are well welded to the sled. My goal is to affix my TRX to this and use it to practice pulling the sled for my Two carabiners that came with the sled had to be attached to the welded "hooks". I then had to wrap the included strap several times around the carabiners before it was tight enough. It stays attached to the taught strap, since I am going to attach the TRX to it. It appears solid and holds up well, and I may buy a shorter moving type strap to connect.
Overall, it looks good and seems to be solid.
I was surprised at how fast the shipment arrived and how easy it was A high grade Construction that is durable and of high quality. The foot pads are wide enough to slide on grass and are very well made. It is well worth the price. Whether you want to push or pull, the harness works great. The workout is fun and easy to do at home.
Overall, I give the sled a 10 out of 10. This is a high-quality, solid product. The product works great on carpet and grass but would not work well It works best for pulling, dragging, weighted sprints, and hand over hand pulls, but is not an ideal tool As long as you use the harness that comes with it, you should be able to get I probably will upgrade the harness in the future since it isn't the most comfortable. All in all, I am very pleased with this sled and highly recommend it.
Despite never having any problems I've had this spring since I got it over 6 months ago. While it is well made, locking hooks will make it more secure.
The product is very well made and is less expensive than popular brands, but of just as high Easy to slide on a grass surface or hard surface.
Buying this for my son who wants to be a personal trainer was a good investment. Working out with it is his favorite thing to do.

It is very easy to assemble, sturdy and well worth its price. If you are going to wear the vest it will be low-cut I was not satisfied with the quality of the snap.
