I liked this harness at first, but after using it for a while, I have If you use the correct form for the exercises, it would not be comfortable at all. You are performing exercises for an area of the body that is very critical and sensitive. It deserves to be treated with kindness. Certainly the company could make some changes that would really help with comfort and make it more stable on the head. I'm not sure what changes need to be made, but I'm sure the firm could make some changes that would really help the company. It doesn't bother me to wear it between sets as long as I am not planning on using it for a bit. The chains lock securely into place and are solid. While you're working out, it looks great.

Since I live such a hectic lifestyle, I am always on the lookout for the best deals on gear and tech. That is exactly what I wanted, and I am so glad I found it. The frame is very easy to adjust and the neck harness is very sturdy. There is a lot of chain, but not too much. No matter what size of weighted plate you have, it can still be easily threaded through. No tug or pull on the throat is necessary to remove the frame from your head That would be for your comfort, I guess. There is no crap in this material. There won't be any chance of it tearing on you due to the amount of weight that it carries. As far as the price goes, I'd say it's a great deal. At a Walmart or similar store you wouldn't really find this set up of this kind of quality. How can a full neck harness and steel chain be had for only $20? This is not something I can complain about. The only thing I can say about this harness right now is that it is the best bang for your buck I've ever used! I'm not sure how long it will hold up, however, but it is definitely the best bang for your buck!.

I used it for about a month and it worked well. It is important to realize that the chain attached to the right side of the harness bunches up and makes the harness uneven, so be sure to adjust your neck so that it curls on the other side of the neck to get even reps. I also find the Velcro on the chin strap to be not long enough for people with small heads like me, so it's difficult to secure it well without it coming undone. When the Velcro on the chin strap started separating from the strap, I lost the helmet. It is now almost useless after about a month of use since the chin strap can't be secured tightly enough to be used. *** If they could fix the right side of the harness where the chain is attached, and if the Velcro on the chin strap were longer and more secure with more stitching, then it would be an excellent However, on the whole, it's a garbage dump.

Quality that can withstand any challenge. My shoulder was decompressed bilaterally. This was one of the best I have seen in a long time. It was suggested to me that I get the neck of a wrestler. If you want them to become crap, then you need to treat them like It does not make sense to me why someone would wait three months to decide whether something is good or good. As soon as I know, I know. Therefore, I would say that this is a well made, good-working device. Fasteners such as hook and loop are used for D-stitching. I think I need 1-inch more longer from top of head to chin than average, but I have probably bigger than average top of head to chin length. A chin strap with two more inches of length will be added.
