I haven't gotten on my boy with it yet because it's simply too hot, but I'm pleased with it so far. I bought it to use with one of our rescue dogs on rare occasions, and it appears to be durable enough for the job. It appears to be sturdy and well-made, looks great, and has just the right amount of weight to avoid feeling flimsy while also not being too heavy. The padding is plentiful and the material has a nice soft feel to it. I like how large the pad is overall; I was concerned because other brands I've seen are so small, but this one is just right. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived. When the weather cools down, I'm looking forward to using it.
