I'm wearing it with a 1-inch strap that's a little loose, but I'm keeping it on because it relieves pressure on my shoulder.
For a month, we used it in Africa. It can make you sweat if you use it directly on your skin. I didn't experience any discomfort when wearing the strap over a shirt, and the benefit of better load distribution was well worth the extra cost.
It has a Velcro closure that is extremely secure. Simply wrap it around your bag strap and secure it with Velcro.
According to the specifications: " Fits up to 2" wide straps and is 12" long. 5 x 2. 75" br>br>In my opinion, it's a 2. The width is 75 inches.

They are non-existent, but they slip and slide all over one's shoulder, and easily slip off the shoulder, leaving the bag in the crook of my arm. I have a lot of "stuff" in my purse (bag) and needed something to keep it from slipping. I've looked and looked, and I've tried a slew of different devices that claim to stop the slipping, but none of them have done anything but wreak havoc on my shoulder strap. THIS shoulder strap pad is the product that I've been waiting for! It stays where I put it on the strap. It does not fall off my shoulder and does not cause any discomfort. Finally, my Healthy Back Bag is extremely healthy because it stays put, relieves all of my weight, and frees up my hand to pull my rolling case behind me with the same hand if I so desire. This is an excellent product, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is bothered by shoulder straps that fall off. If you know someone who suffers from this issue, this would make a great gift for just about any occasion. However, I'm not sure if a woman would want one for her anniversary - or her birthday, or Mother's Day, or both. It's just a nice gesture to buy something for someone you care about.
The strap pad is excellent. I'm a stickler for details, and despite how nice it appears in the photo, it's even better than I anticipated. You are unlikely to find a shoulder strap with such a high-quality pad for such a low price. ThinkTank straps included with their very expensive camera bags are the only possible exception I've seen so far. They appeal to me because they are both thin and of high quality. This one is a little thick, but otherwise, these are without a doubt the best I've seen. This is also the bag to get if you need a little more padding for any heavy bag.
Perfectly fits a 1/2-inch-wide strap. To keep my "NutSac Satch bag" from slipping off my shoulder, I needed a shoulder pad. I looked at a few, but they were all too big for my one-bedroom apartment. The strap is 1/2 inch wide. This is a perfect fit and keeps the strap in place on my shoulder regardless of which shoulder I use. I was concerned that it would be too wide at first, but it has stayed comfortably on my shoulder. I believe it would be uncomfortable if it was any narrower. This is perfect! I like the material, which is very comfortable right away. This strap is well-made and will serve you well for a long time.
I don't use the BRAND/model straps that come with the cameras, so I added the Pro Tec Deluxe Neoprene Shoulder Strap Pad with Non-Slip Pad to the latest body. Backside(SHPAD12) to an old leather strap I had on hand. br>br>The width of the pad fits my particular strap perfectly and is nice and grippy. I bought it specifically for shoulder GRIP on thin/slick polyester, not for relief of heavy loads. br>br>It appears to be well constructed. Hook is very strong. Closure with a hook-and-loop system. I'm guessing the durability will be adequate. br>br>As for the price, it appears to be the regular price of $16. Between November 10, 2021, and November 27, 2021, when I bought the pad, 95 (after selling for a long time for less than $15) took a leap (and then a sudden return) to almost $27.
Woww I'm really impressed with this shoulder pad. I've ordered a couple of different brands and been very disappointed with them, so when I ordered this one, I didn't expect much, but I was blown away by it. I like the neoprene shoulder pad because it keeps the strap from sliding around as much as other shoulder pads that just have hollow padding inside. It also folds nicely to the shoulder and does not slide around.
Period! If your shoulder strap is slipping off your shoulder, this is the shoulder pad to use! I tried the gummy type of pad and found that it did not work in colder weather when the material stiffened and the tackiness became ineffective; I also tried some of the less expensive ones and discovered that you get what you pay for; they were all terrible. br>These shoulder straps from the ProTec brand are non-removable. The slip pads are of the highest quality, are well-made, and provide the most comfort and protection against shoulder strap slippage! They're also quite attractive.
Purchased to replace the comfortable but somewhat slippery pad on a Timbuk 2 messenger bag, this slip replacement shoulder strap pad fits straps up to 2" wide. The entire pad is secured with a long velcro fastening that should fit most shoulder straps up to 2" wide. It's very effective, and the non-profit sector benefits greatly from it. My strap and bag stay in place thanks to the slip surface that contacts your shoulder.
This was purchased to be attached to the strap of my travel tote. Lymphedema is a problem for me, and putting pressure on my shoulder aggravates it. It makes it a lot easier for me to carry my belongings through the airport and onto the plane. I attached it to the strap of my Travelon purse (which I use for day trips) while on vacation, and it worked perfectly. br>The Velcro is durable, and it will not come off the strap unless you remove it.
