Questions & Answers
You can clean it with dawn dish soap, but be careful not to soak the towel. You can use a brush to scrub down the pad after dipping it in the soapy water. Return and pat dry with another towel or paper towels to remove any remaining soap, then allow to air dry.
It measures 8 x 7 inches. Leather on both sides is 5 inches long and usable.

While it is slightly more expensive than the others, it has proven to be the most effective so far. br>br>It comes with a small plastic pouch that is useful for keeping it off your bowling balls if you, like me, keep them in the same pocket. br>br>Over the course of my 20 years of bowling, I've used a variety of shammies, starting with an old towel that I'd used for a long time, then moving on to storm towels, microfiber towels, storm shammy, and the Brunswick shammy. With the back grip (this is my least favorite and least effective shammy). br>br>It goes without saying that this has outperformed all of the towels and shammies I've used in the past. I bowl in two leagues and couldn't be more pleased with my results. br>br>One side is soft and can absorb oil, while the other side is a little rougher and good for removing smudges or debris that may have been left behind. br>br>After a few months of use, I am very pleased with this shammy. After a few more months, I'll try to update. To be honest, after this, I'm not sure I'll ever buy another one.
It performs admirably. Each side has a different texture, so you can figure out which is best depending on whether you're pulling off oil or the 1/2 inch of rubber from the belt, or if you want to change the ball movement by completely removing the oil or just rubbing it around.
It does what it says.
Good.
Bowling balls are cleaned more quickly and effectively with this product than with cloth towels.
They were intended to replace the one that had gone missing and was never found.
Plus, I'm a Hammer guy, so it really gets the oil off the ball.
