When it comes to choosing a size, how do you decide? There's a 5'2" 14 year old softball player I know Could you please tell me if I should order adult size or child size?

If I were to go smaller, I would. For my son, who is 6 feet tall, it's perfect as long as it's not too big. It's just protecting ankles and feet, and too large This is a perfect mold.

You will not find instructions in the package

I found the product to be ok In my opinion, however, the biggest complaint is that there are absolutely no instructions in the box to tell you how or where to mold the product to the shins. Unfortunately, our placement was incorrect, so we are now out of luck. Before unwrapping it, I probably should have spent time looking for a youtube video that would explain It is my fault for assuming there would be instructions on how to place things.

In addition to a navy blue elbow guard, I had ordered a navy blue shinguard for my grandson. I received the elbow guard, but I received a royal blue shinguard instead.
