I got the youth size for my son, who is 5'11", weighs 190lbs, and wears a size 12. He is 17 years old and wears a size 12 shoe. I would think the adult size would work as well.

This remains in very good shape since she just finished part of the season. I think you can get an idea of her size by looking at her 14u shirt.

Despite the fact that baseball players are not athletes, they still want to have cool swag and look good on the field. I love it! A varsity baseball player on an elite high school team who travels with a college team during the summer, he plays D1 high school baseball.
