Last week, I wore it for the first time. It fits well and I like the ease with which you can remove the Over these pads, you can put on an umpire shirt easily. Unfortunately, I was slapped with around a 50 percent penalty My right pectoral was tipped by a fast ball of 55 mph and it hurt. It hurt to the point that it made me think the ball had found an uncovered area, or that I had left a guard out as I had washed it In the end, it was all in place and I only have a bruise.
I don't think it keeps me cool as much as a hard-plastic protector (I live in Florida), but it does make me It's my property, so I'll keep it for the University Depending on the age, I may use a traditional hard plastic protector for 11 kids and under, or a soft plastic protector for older kids. This chest protector is a nice, lightweight option

Having this choice makes it a great option for umpires working under 12 years of age. As for the collar, that's where I have concerns. This area can also be damaged by an old pitch and foul that is over a decade old. If Adams does not mention this for lower level baseball, then they should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a very good product, but not specific You have to wear it like a fitted shirt and it contours to your chest and, believe me, taking a fastball to the chest while wearing this protector did not feel comfortable at all. Other men have it and they absolutely love it, probably because it does not fit them as tight, so it can move a little bit while absorbing impact, and probably also because they don't have big ovaries. In addition, it was hard to get on and off because of the tight chest area, but I did like the idea of not wearing a bulky protector under my shirt that I had to adjust every few seconds or hold down at the neck to The one we tested stayed in place quite well not like all the others.
